I am speaking to Action Fraud about the director Imtiaz Suleiman of Eco4u energy services Ltd. It appears he has been using another company that is bankrupt to carry out work on his companies behalf and then claiming the eco 4u grant funds in my opinion. I have evidence when partial loft insulation was completed they stuck the wrong company instalation data to the wall and never returned to complete the job. Now my number is blocked and they refuse to take the call.
IN MY OPINION IT HAS TO BE A HUG SCAM.

I HAVE LEFT 6 REVIEWS AS THE CASE HAS PROGRESSED WITH THE AUTHORITY.

I CAN CONFIRM ANOTHER HONEST ECO4U COMPANY HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE BOILER INSTALLATION.

They came recommended by a friend. They used them. No bother. I on the other hand have had nothing but hassle chasing them to complete the work. Insulation & rad valves done & window vents. They left no paperwork. Now they’re not replying regards fitting the boiler. Reported to action fraud team. Got crime log number. Also reported to fraud national helpline & opened an investigation & log. Ringing citizens advice Monday as well as going to google on gov website. They’ve claimed the government scheme grant money & not done the work! **SCAMMERS**

They asked me to take a photo of my boiler and after I sent it they told me it's a condensending boiler, it is not! it's a combination boiler. They since didn't respond so I think they claimed on my photo. Scam

Absolute scam of a company. Poor communication. Came and did the insulation and left no formal documentation for the work they carried out. When i queried this they sent me an hand written email with no company logo. Having chased them several times regarding the boiler that I was promised, was eventually told it takes up to 3 weeks. They don’t answer the phones and if they do they disconnect the call when you start asking questions. Answerphone message leaves a name and number of an estate agent which doesn’t go through! I think they claim funding on behalf of customers and then scam them out of boilers!

The worst experience ever. Have not provided the relevant and necessary documents after fitting insulation and a new boiler at my rented properties.
Damaged my tenants items, left them without hot water for days and now now answering my calls. This has been going on for over 3 months and still not getting anywhere with them. Ignoring my calls and messages!

Amazing job was really struggling without heating and they fit me in within the week. Could not be happier with the job they done.Staff super friendly and happy to answer the questions I had.

Rubbish dont turn up wast of time

Absolute joke the communication is shocking too!
Booked in 10am Blackpool guys coming from Leeds shows up 1o clock goes home at 5 through the night electrics are tripping due to water leaking into cables. Next day guys shows up apparently finished job added valves to radiators for photo purpose then takes off ( clearly so job can be signed off) heating packs in over night so call at 8am to be told he can’t come back and would try later I escalate it to manager who said he will be back tonight 9.30pm get a voice clip to say he will be here tomorrow! Gas leak no heating and no communication is this some sort of scam

Fitted boiler under eco4 scheme.
Boiler has been leaking gas,not installed correctly.
Cadent called out in emergency due to gas smell.
Reported it to health and safety executive under RIDDOR.
Dangerous life threatening.
Plus other problems with the flu, pipes and dodgy gas safe certificate...so stressful not feeling safe due to obvious incompetent work.

I was eligible for a boiler and wall insulation grant. Both teams were fantastic and carried out the work very professionally.

I can already see a difference in the warmth of my property.
