Highly recommend
Overall, the ecoATM experience was pretty straightforward. Enter the information about your item, get an offer, and go to a kiosk to redeem.
The only issue I had was the drop off site I first chose had removed the kiosk. I found another one and had my money within 10 minutes.
Another positive about the company is they take recycling seriously. They even recycle the paper that they print out for you!

I would give zero stars if it would allow
I would give zero starts but it will not allow me to do so. I ordered a phone from Gazelle it should have arrived on 04/08/2026. FedEx their shipper lost the phone and sent me an email saying it is lost and they are no longer looking for it. They still made me wait 10 days to report it lost. They finally let me complete the affidavit of loss and now I have to wait another week for a “supervisor” to review it. I included the email from THEIR shipper FEDEX saying yep we lost it and are no longer looking for it. But they have a “process” they have my money and the phone and I have nothing for the birthday it was for. No help! No escalation! No review of the circumstances and an apology for the delay and trouble and embarrassment of no gift because their partner F’d up. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER! I have purchased phones from Gazelle in the past. Many and never had this horrible of an experience! Absolutely no focus on keeping what was a loyal customer. DO NOT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THem! Find another vendor they do not stand behind this purchase.
