Alan was very knowledgable and experienced giving me a full demo of how it worked using the app on my phone. Would highly recommend for future work.

I contacted Alan due to concerns about my water system, with water flowing through the tundish. Alan came out the next day and diagnosed the issue in a very short period of time. He made the first stage of repairs immediately to resolve the pressing issue, before waiting and reassessing whether additional repairs would be best suited. He explained in layman’s terms the issues and provided us with a comprehensive view to allow us to make decisions, without pressure or making sales pitches.

When we decided to go ahead, he immediately made himself available and effected the repairs. He was clean, tidy, and methodical, and was concerned about resolving the issue rather than just getting the job done.

Alan’s pricing was very reasonable. His knowledge and communication meant that we feel as though we got a very good deal.

I have no hesitation recommending Alan’s skill and expertise to anyone else, and he will be my first port of call for any other issues we deal with. An absolute pleasure.

Alan and his lads did an excellent job installing a new central heating system price as agreed very tidy workers talked us through every step if the process one minor hiccup and Alan was straight out to sort it highly recommended

I asked Alan for help with a very disappointing shower. He has supplied and fitted a Salamander pump which now provides me with great hot water flow. I am completely satisfied with the prompt and efficient work. Also as he is a trusted trader there is an extended warranty on the pump.

I asked Alan to provide a quote to install a new boiler, new shower. The quality of work was fantastic. I have learnt to not expect miracles. But I’m amazed at the quality of work. Would recommend him to all my family. Certainly one to keep on speed dial. But with the guarantee I was given I doubt I will need him.

We needed our combi boiler moving. Gave Alan a call to provide a quote. He came and carried out a survey of our requirements. Alan arrived and got on with the job with little disruption. This was quite a big job and was completed professionally on time. Alan also serviced and tested the boilers efficiency and provided the efficiency paperwork print out. The boiler is now where we want it and performing beautifully. Alan also did the pipe work for the washing machine at no extra cost. We will definitely use him again.
