We use Eco Damp Solutions for some repairs to our roof gully's. During recent rain storms at the start of 2026 we had a serious leak appear at the top of one of the gully's above our bay window. After taking some advice from Simon and the team, we cleaned up and took some photos. They were able to quote from the photos and completed the work as per quote although it took a little longer than expected. The workers who turned up where polite friendly and knew their trade. Fixed to a high standard visually and we are very please, they pointed out other issues we had during the work and fix them too at no extra cost. We can not start to redecorate the room which was damage with the leak with confidence. Thanks Eco Damp.

We invested heavily in damp extraction units based on a professional recommendation from Eco Damp Solutions, but the entire experience has been a nightmare.

Extremely Noisy Units: The units installed in the bedroom are unbelievably loud and completely unsuitable for a residential property.
Mis-sold and Overcharged: We were never informed of the decibel levels, nor were we offered quieter alternatives prior to installation. Only after we complained did they admit a quieter unit existed. Now, they are demanding an additional £2,000 to swap them out, with zero refund for the original, unsuitable units they mis-sold us.
Ghosting and Avoidance: After initially offering to visit the property to find a resolution, the company completely stopped communicating. They ignored callbacks and only engaged when we threatened online reviews. It has now been nearly a month of complete radio silence. They are deliberately ignoring messages, leaving us with an unusable system and an aggrieved tenant.

They blamed the issues on a "supplier recommendation" and refuse to stand by their work. Once they have your money, communication stops. Avoid this company at all costs.

Reliability, attitude and experience of the team who worked hard and diligently throughout the whole process - including helping prepare and clear the site. Care was taken with all the surface treatment before the coating was applied.
The finished result is excellent.

We had our roof cleaned and water repellant put on today. Carl and his colleague reassured us from the start that the mess (and there was a lot!) would all be cleared afterwards. They could not have done a better job of that. They left the area around the house beautifully clean and tidy. We were very pleased with their work.

Complete scam. They appear to be a legitimate company with website. Come out and access problem. Take a deposit, then ring you with reasons why they can’t make the scheduled appointment, re schedule, no show and whatever number you ring there is no answer. AVOID
