I am enrolled in ECO driving school on December 2nd. I live in Sharjah but ECO driving school in Dubai Going from Sharjah to Dubai everyday is a lot of trouble for me. And I didn't understand that at first.but i continue my online class but when i go frist time for my thoery test i feels that no It's my mistakes i select ECO school and ECO drive school only available in Dubai location everyday coming going it’s very big problem for me because my workplace in Sharjah , After that I continue my thoery final test but Sadly i failed my exam .
than I thought i will change my driving school i will request to transfer my file to sharjah any school so it’s easy for me but now starting problem if i call any ECO customers service centre they said okay we will contact you within 48 hours same things same problem we they didn’t fix my problem even i say please refunds my money but they didn’t fix they didn’t response nicely till today date Monday 13 April 2026 ,
4 month a ago i didn’tclear my Thoery test even..
currently my RTA file also expired now ,
but in sha allag i will make complian soon.

Worst Service in terms of Support. I dont have an option to give Negative else would have done that.. They were very quick in opening up a file . I paid immediately on 27th Feb and today until 10th April neither my file opened nor i received a learning permit. On top of that when you call their customer service. they give you different answers every time.I have requested a refund from them ..I will take my classes from a different institute...DONT JOIN THIS SCHOOL

I’ve had a terrible experience with Eco Drive School. From the very beginning, there were constant issues with payment updates, and they repeatedly blamed me for not calling them to update the payment information—despite the fact that I was the one trying to keep track of everything. They seem to create endless “payment nonsense” to make things difficult, and it honestly feels like they’re just trying to find ways to get rid of customers.
Booking lessons has been a nightmare—always late, and the class schedule seems to never work out. On top of that, their customer service is practically nonexistent. I was made to feel like I was the problem, when in reality, they were just unprofessional and unorganized. It honestly felt like I was dealing with scammers who don’t care about their clients at all.

I had a great experience with Eco Driving School. The instructors are very professional, especially Muhammad Arshad and Sulaiman Kagiwa. They helped me a lot during my training, especially with parking practice and assessment. Both of them are very patient and made sure I understood everything clearly, which really helped me gain confidence. I am truly grateful and thankful for their support and guidance.

I would like to make an honest review for ECO drive as whole, administratively, I can say, in regards to booking, it is systematic because it is online booking, however the gap of schedule is too far as it takes 2 weeks before u reach the next schedule. In regards to the instructors and evaluators:
1. Syed Asghar Hussein - Highly Impressive as he's very much keen on observing your driving performance, he will let u learn to master the road, very particular with the lines and how you can drive smoothly.
2. Najm Ul Hass - Keen observer too, and very serious to his task as instructor.
3. Ali Khan Lodhi - you will learn how to be confident on your driving.
4. Shafi Ullah Gul - Assessor who will advise you straighforwardly your mistakes.
5. Shahzad Gull - He is just an excellent assesor, he will advise you the correct way of do's and dont's of driving to enable you to master it.
Worst driving school in entire UAE
I opened file 2 year before in this school in Karama branch. For the test and going class its hard for me, because their test is DIC area, so i went for change the driving school to another institute, for this i paid 640 AED for get my NOC, and they gave me the noc for changing emirate. I reported this their customer care, but their highly qualified team didn’t reply.
Now I try to reopen file in Belhasa school, and when they checks this “well reputed eko drive “ closed my file. And again i payed for open new file and theory test .
So any one is try to get driving license dont go this eko drive, they are big fraudsters in dubai.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. My driving license file (ECO-039743) has been stuck for weeks with zero communication. I visited the centre, messaged them, called them repeatedly, even contacted customer care—no reply, no complaint number, no update, nothing. On top of that, my account doesn’t even show up in the app. This experience has been frustrating and completely unacceptable. People should be aware of how careless this company is when it comes to customer support.

The customer service is terrible, there's no follow-up with the customer, and I have an IT problem so far. No one has cared about me or my time. The treatment is absolutely the worst; all they care about is getting paid, that's it…
I will also did a complaint with the RTA to deal with this negligence. This also happened to my friend, and she was very upset.
The costumer service and IT team They're unqualified and unprofessional to help at all; they're just wasting my time. I've been waiting to solve my problem for over two weeks, and no one cares. is the worst it is always system is done or we will reach you again and they don’t.
I'm also waiting for a confirmation call regarding the cancellation of my subscription with them, but no one has contacted me

Lack of information
I went to Mall of Emirates branch october 23, 2025 at 11:45 in the morning. I ask how to book an rta test, he just told me what site and thats it he go back to computer. He didnt even told me or giving me information. I open file at main branch and since alqouz open, im always taking the schedule from class to assessment there. And this is what happen i book for the rta october 25th 6 am in the morning. I reach home 3 am in themorning and sleep and wake up at 5am in the morning just to go to my rta exam and i was very happy and eager to finish my class because my baby will come. Suddenly the guy from there told me im not book there i was booked at main branch and he told me no one told me or inform me if i open the file from main i should take there. I said no no one even the guy from moe he should be the one whos asking me or communicating to me. And that time the same day i complain and now its friday nov 1. I follow up my complain and they said wait until monday, i dont like how you guys treat a customer. So please fix my complain and i want to finish my license. I complain from 25th october and i follow up today (nov 1) and still need to wait. I wasted my 9 days they have lack of communication to each other and mostly likely to customers.

Mr. Mohammad Sajid Arbab is professional and very supportive instructor in Eco Drive.
Mr. Mohammad Sajid Arbab is a professional instructor in eco drive driving institute. I was able to build my confidence and pass final road test after having 4 hours training with him.
He is clear in explanation and gave very practical tips that made my driving much easier.
