Very easy experience reordering.

We sell custom cast jewelry out of our NY studio, and shipping a $2,000 ring in a flimsy poly mailer was ruining the experience. Switched to EcoEnclose last year for their recycled padded mailers and custom inner boxes. The structural integrity is rock solid so the metals are protected in transit, and the custom ink looks incredibly sharp. It finally gives our customers a premium, luxury unboxing without the guilt of single-use plastics. Worth the investment if you sell high-ticket items.

We ordered custom sized and printed boxes for making gardening kits and love how they turned out! We are working on new ideas, and have had great customer service in making sure we get the right colors for our new designs. We've also been using this company for years for their mailers we ship seeds out in, and love the quality and that they are eco-friendly.

I've ordered several times from EcoEnclose for my business. I love their stuff, it always comes on time and performs as expected. I recently worked with Becca on some custom designed hang tags. The proof process was quick and easy. I haven't seen the final product yet but I am excited to.

Morgan and the EcoEnclose team were exceptional in helping us meet an extremely tight deadline for our event in Japan. Since we were shipping internationally to Tokyo, we were worried about the timeline, but Morgan proactively suggested switching to a 2.25" circle-cut to bypass the lead time of a custom die. This flexibility allowed our order to ship ahead of schedule. Morgan also went above and beyond by adjusting the quantity to fit our strict budget and was very patient with our internal payment process. Excellent communication and a true commitment to customer success!

I was able to get exactly what I needed at a fair price. Shipping was quick and the product is exactly as promised.

This is my first time ever leaving a review for a company, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience with EcoEnclose.

Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The last order packaging I ordered simply does not stick properly, which defeats the entire purpose when you're trying to ship products to customers. On top of that, every single order I placed arrived late. In one case, they even completely forgot to process my order.

As a business owner, reliable packaging and shipping timelines are critical, and this company failed on both fronts. Very frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need dependable packaging for your business.
