Think twice before making a purchase. Delivery takes forever without proper tracking on shipment.

I placed an order on Dec,1st. A merchandise should arrive within 10 business days as described on a website. Today is Dec, 24th and I still got Nothing.
A third party tracking company is horrible, shows “ in transit” status since Dec, 6th.
Should I trust this website? I am not sure. Will I buy again from EcoFans? Definitely not.
I hope I receive a respond soon from them on when I get my metchandise and what is going on with it.

Great Product and shipping on time

Final review: The product is great quality. Shipping on Time. It does say on the order site is being shipped from China in small print and shipping is on time (shipping 3 days from order and delivery 7 to 14 days for US) History: Ordered 12/26, they sent 2 emails saying pattern ordered was not up to quality standards and need to choose a different pattern. I missed these emails in my junk email (my bad). Next communication I received was a notice 1/8 that it was shipped with a China Post shipping number but the China Post site said shipping number invalid. I received another email shipped 1/10 and Ecofan contacted me because I posted negative review here. Ecofan had selected another pattern and actually shipped 1/10 since I did not reply to their emails in December. Anyway, Ecofan offered to return my payment and I offered to update my review once I received the towels. Apparently there ia a catch if they return $ in that I cannot leave a review because I did not purchase. We had many back and forth contentious text and email regarding my review and order with EcoFan customer service. I decided not to accept my payment back. So end result, I like the pattern they selected, product great and shipping is on time. on my part if I had seen the 2 emails then perhaps this sale would have gone smoothly.

However, we neither received any reply nor bounce-back message from your mailbox. Our company policy typically allows ten days to confirm pattern changes.

On 7 Jan 2022, we shipped the dishcloth with an alternative best-selling pattern by China Post ePacket with the tracking number uploaded as we still received no reply from your side. And the parcel should reach you by delivery within 14 days from shipment. It is the same as what you quoted about ETA.

EcoFans Antibacterial Microfiber Sponges are Amazing!

I absolutely love these antibacterial microfiber sponges! I’ve always hated the traditional kitchen sponges because they felt slimy and dirty no matter how many times I rinsed them, threw them in the microwave or in the dishwasher. The EcoFans sponges are awesome. They always feel clean and have no odor. They are soft and flexible, but are tough enough for any job. I just hang them to dry after use. I have only used them for about a week and will not go back to the bacteria-laced old sponges again! They arrived quickly and were better than I even expected.
