Very happy with my ecoffee cup. I bought one about 2 years ago and still in excellent condition easy to clean.
Love the beautiful flowery designs.
Recently I lost my favorite print, but when I messaged costumer service they instantly set to help me find one as it's not on their website anymore.
Only a week passed and now I have my new cup.

I ordered this cup on Monday and arrived very promptly on Thursday. I am delighted with the new mug. We have 2 each in my family a large and small one. I needed to replace my large one as I had lost my brown lid and couldn't get a replacement.

These cups go with us on walks cycle rides and are used at NT shops where a small discount is given for bringing your own.

These are hands-down my favourite tea travel cup. They don't add a plasticy smell when you are drinking from them, they are easy to wash up and I love that you can swap the lids and sleeves as you get more! Unfortunately my partner and I are quite clumsy and dropped and cracked a cup-part each (after 4+ years of use). I went to order replacement cup parts only so as to not waste the silicon spare parts we had amassed from our unintentional throw-down, but I could only see the silicon replacement parts for sale. I got in touch with customer services after being pointed in the right direction on Twitter and they sent us two new cup-only parts free of charge!! They absolutely didn't have to do this, as it was our fault they were broken, and it was just such a lovely touch. They are THE travel mug of choice for me :)

She very kindly arranged for a replacement of my choice to be ordered. Claire dealt with all my queries quickly and efficiently, ensuring that I knew exactly how to return the broken pieces for recycling via their freepost method.

I love these coffee cups! I have several as the designs are so great and often use them at home, as well as on the go. The cups are sturdy - I've accidentally dropped mine on my tile floor on a couple of occasions and they've been fine. But most importantly for me, the lids are secure, especially with the spout tab (I've bought other brands in the past which have leaked) - a godsend if you knock it over near a laptop. They're eco friendly, light to carry and far easier to clean than metal drinks bottles.

My go-to ecoffee cups for me and presents for family and friends. Well made, reliable cups and when I did need a spare part it was sent out quickly. Thank you

I've had three of these cups. It's the only cup I've found that doesn't taint the drink with any taste and has a nice shaped mouthpiece to drink from.

However. As others have said, they break REALLY easily when dropped from just a moderate height I have now had three cups break. On their website they list 'spare parts'. The only parts available are the silicone components, i.e. the lid and the sleeve. Unless lost, I really cannot see the need to replace as 'spare parts'?

Why can't I just buy a new bamboo cup and use my existing sleeve & lid? Now THAT would be eco friendly. Instead, I am forced into buying yet another whole cup, complete with silicone lid & sleeve, unnecessary manufacturing and wasted energy.

So, nice cups, but I think marketing as 'eco friendly' it is not. Would love to know from these companies how many times I have to use their cup to offset the emissions created in manufacture?

Loved the idea of the cup so had to try it. Be careful with the lid stopper as it comes off and gets lost easily (I found it!) Be VERY careful not to drop it. Mine was accidentally dropped maybe the third time I used it from a height of no more than three feet and the bottom shattered. Totally ruined and my fault, but I was surprised it was so delicate.

I contacted ecoffeecup as I had lost a stopper from one of their beautiful William Morris cups. Within four days I had received a matching replacement stopper, free of charge, so now I can carry on using the cup. Wonderful efficient and friendly service, I am very impressed!

I always say that it's not about having an issue, it's about how that issue is resolved and Ecoffee customer service went above and beyond to alleviate the issue I had. Friendly communication from initial reach out to the issue being sorted. Well deserved recognition for their customer service along with the great products they provide.

I have had my William Morris eCoffee cup for a few years now and love using it. Unfortunately I lost the tab for the silicon lid recently so contacted the customer support to see if I could order a replacement tab/stopper. I would have been happy to pay for the part and postage but they sent me a replacement lid in the matching colour totally free of charge, and it arrived really quickly so I could keep using my cup. Customer service was polite, friendly, and efficient - overall excellent. The only (very) minor issue is that I actually only needed the tab/stopper rather than a whole new lid, but maybe they can't send those parts separately for inventory reasons? I guess I'll just keep the other lid as a spare in case the original ever gets damaged, but either way I'm very happy I can keep using my e coffee Cup.

I have owned an 8oz William Morris ecoffee cup for more than a year. I love the cup and use it nearly every day. I was very sorry to have lost the silicone lid, especially when I saw that turquoise colour was out of stock on the replacement lid page of the website. I contacted ecoffee customer service to ask when the colour closest to my original lid might be back in stock. The kind lady who responded offered to send me a new lid that exactly matched my original cup design free of charge. I already loved my ecoffee cup for it's special small size (I drink flat whites and macchiatos), sustainability and beautiful pattern, now I love the ecoffee brand even more for outstanding, above and beyond customer service! Thank you ecoffee, I continuously recommend your cup to friends and people who admire mine!

I lost the stopper when washing and customer services very kindly sent me a replacement, fantastic service!

I lost the tab on my coffee cup lid and tried to use it like that for a while ( coffee got cold and kept splashing me as I drank from it!) I contacted the company, and as other have stated here, they were fabulous and I received a replacement tab within a few days. Wonderful prompt friendly service.
