Brilliant service
Everything from Eco Green movers was great. They communicated timely and efficiently. We always knew what was happening and when. The lad that did the removals were spot on also. Friendly, chatty and helpful. They were there on time when they said and they worked tirelessly to get us in and out. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Great movers but beware of hidden costs
The lads they sent were friendly, professional and courteous and worked like Trojans to move us. The only downside was the unexpected extra costs and the constant phonecalls trying to get us to pay even more until I argued back.

The type of property and access conditions (e.g. stairs vs lift, distance to vehicle)
The volume of items and accuracy of the inventory provided
The time required to safely load, transport, and unload
Any additional time on the day due to increased volume or changes in scope
The impact on scheduling, as extended jobs can affect other customers booked in
Where there are significant differences between the original booking details and the actual move on the day, adjustments to the cost are necessary to reflect the additional time, labour, and operational impact.
It’s also important to highlight that where excessive additional items or extra works arise beyond the agreed scope, these would typically need to be booked as separate jobs, particularly when requested at short notice or on the same day. Accommodating this within an active move requires additional resources and disruption to scheduling, which is reflected in the cost.
In addition, our team carries out a pre-move check within 24–48 hours prior to the move to reconfirm all details. This step is designed to avoid any discrepancies on the day. If items are missed or not declared at this stage, it can result in additional charges, which are always clearly communicated along with the reasons.
That said, we always make every effort to assist on the day to avoid inconvenience. Our team operates with a high level of efficiency and organisation, allowing us to complete moves smoothly and often faster than many competitors. Even with additional items, we aim to deliver strong value — and we’re confident that our rates remain competitive for the level of service provided.
For future moves, we strongly recommend providing a full itemised list or a short home video survey. This helps ensure everything is accounted for in advance and avoids any unexpected adjustments on the day — we understand moving can be stressful, and it’s easy for additional items to be overlooked.

EcoGreen Movers have been nothing short of fantastic ! Always super responsive on WhatsApp and there to help and answer queries. Adam and John who did my move were just absolutely brilliant! They were kind, carful and respectful of me and my belongings. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt I could fully trust them.
