Ordered a canon camera. £385, says it’s been coming for 5 weeks, made out it’s out for delivery twice which I waited in for nothing came. Says on hold now waiting for me to respond but not got any email etc to respond too, and the shipping company email does not work, the numbers do not work. The company it’s self has not responded nor sent any way of contacting for delivery etc. fake site and shipping company it’s a scam. Now I’m out of pocket.

They sale you products from Ali Express for 10 times the price!

Ordered silicone lids and paid around 40 usd on their website - then recieved them in Ali Express package!!
Then you go on aliexpress.com and find exact same lids for 2 USD !!

Watch out this is a total scam!

I bought the 'bag jars'. Absolute rubbish. Very very small, the opening is so small that you can't get anything out, if you can even get it in in the first place. They do not open properly.
Avoid, these are not as shown on their advertisement. A complete con.

Received the eco innova plastic lid seals 6 weeks ago and I’m so pleased I just ordered 2 more sets.
They work nicely but the sizes cannot stretch very far so the bowl has to be close to the size of the lid. Only problem is when the bowl is wet it doesn’t hold. However dry it off and it will fit. Love to use them instead of plastic wrap. So far customer service worked nicely as I had a question about my first order and they responded quickly. Thanks eco innova.

SCAM
You pay at least 4x more (even at their 50% promo rate) and receive products made from China. I can confirm this because I bought a similar product (silicone covers) from another web store. Eco Innova’s was EXACTLY the same, just sold at a RIDICULOUSLY high premium. I regret not reading up on the company. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR AGGRESSIVE SOCIAL MEDIA ADS.

SCAM: they’re just surfing on the eco movement to sell overpriced stuff from China. Their “promo” are still more expensive to what you could find on other merchandising platforms.
It’s a trap like every insta ads...

Do not buy this product. They guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I am aware of the pandemic and delivery issues but they confirmed the dates and as a result i went ahead and ordered the lids and bags. They have said in an email products are on there way. I have requested a refund as i do not have items but they are not going to honour this request. The products are from China. Do not get caught with this company. I regret not reading these reviews first. Not even a one star for this service.

The fridge baskets are just useless. More than 2 mandarins and the whole thing sags and falls apart. These are simply more plastic rubbish - just adding to an already overwhelming problem of plastic crap in the marketplace. I just had to throw then into the recycling bin in hopes they are recycled and not just into landfill. I feel really sorry that I bought these.

It took about 4 weeks for my eco innova silicone lids to arrive. After reading reviews here I was pessimistic about the quality, but they are exactly as advertised. I use my lids daily. They stretch, they adhere around the bowl or dish unless it is very wet. I have used the small lid on half an apple or lemon ( very useful) with no taint to the fruit. Yes the lids came in a plastic bag inside a plasticized envelope,: the bag is reusable and these lids have saved me from using cling film or tin foil. Very pleased.

Ordered a lint remover. The quality of the materials was really bad and it looked really cheap. It didn't even work, would mostly tear the fabric completely. The company claims to be european but the order was delivered from China. I think this is one of those companies that sell someone else's zerowaste ideas with a really high price to make it seem legit and then just actually deliver some really poor quality copies from China. Don't know how they come up with these five star reviews on instagram. Will definitely not order anything from this shop again and also learned my lesson about instagram ads.

Have received my order, but only afterwards realised:
pseudo eco: all wrapped in bad plastic, no info on where, who produced, no name.
I fear for the worst coming from China, probably toxic, no quality EU control even though it is meant to hold food.

They claim to be based in Europe, but have no physical address, there is no VAT etc - all extremely fishy. At the same time way more expensive than from Amazon.
Support email comes from a "Julia" without a surname, no address again.

In Short: Stay away, scam!

Scam. Never received, no contact etc. Stay away .not even 1 star. Another scam

I ordered their lint brush. I waited for two months for its delivery.

Update: I gave up on waiting and emailed them to cancel the order. While emailing them, they *suddenly* found that the order got stuck in transit. They asked me to confirm my address. I told them that I'd prefer a full refund. They weren't responsive, but then I got the package in the mail. I had written again to ask for a full refund, but then they responded that they couldn't offer a refund because the item had been delivered. This felt super fishy. It's not clear whether you get the product without emailing and following up.

How's the brush? Alright, I guess. It's pretty rough on sweaters. I wouldn't recommend it.

Other comments have said it all. Takes ages to arrive and the lids are not stretcheable or adherent like they look in the pictures on their website. the 5 star reviews they show there are probably all bogus. I wish I had looked it up here before buying them. ugh...

I bought the lint remover and it is of a very bad quality. It's simply too rush on the fabric. Plus, they ship from China.

SCAM! NOT ECO-FRIENDLY echo previous reviews - they charge you 3x the prices claiming it is eco friendly but it’s is just the cheap “silicon” lids with smiley faces you see on Amazon... might as well just get them!

These scumbags have the audacity to talk about eco-friendliness while shipping you flimsy stuff from AliExpress. I paid six times the price for a product that I'm never probably going to receive. Never responded to my emails or messages either.

I hope these scammers get in trouble with this BS. F****** rats.

Ordered on 21 April 2020 Silicone Reusable Lids, ORDER #21572, estimated delivery time 5-7 days. I wrote back to them on 15th of May, I received a tracking link, which never works. To date, didn't received my order.

I don't recommend.

No product delivery and it is impossible to get refund.
