I paid them 2k for a Walmart website and months later still no website or refund. They stole my money and they don't answer the phone. Don't waste your money

They are scammers!! They scammed me for 12000usd and didn’t even gave my any store for that just bought domain worth .99 $
Plesse dont sign up with them, they says they are based in miami but they call from somewhere india and people talk in hindi from behind please be aware danger

They got my existing Walmart account terminated permanently. They supposed to provide me a new Walmart account, a Shopify store and an Amazon store according to the contract but not only they haven’t provided me anything but also they blocked my phone number. They are not responding my email too. They are just scammers. Stay away from them.

I had a toy store on Walmart, which was making steady, but wasn't growing. I hired Ecom Automized on a recommendation. They are pros of utilizing and managing online tools. The sales have been improving and I have more time to invest in expanding my product line. The service is great, I got no complaints.

In my experience working with Ecom Automized was the wrong decision.
We did everything that was supposed to be done on our end. We invested exactly what was said.
It started out looking like maybe this could be legit. It changed quickly after a few short months.
Ultimately Ecom Automized got our account shut down. Our invested money disappeared and our 100% return of investment contract was broken by them. They did not meet their commitments and ultimately quit responding.
It resulted in a horrible money loss and I recommend do not invest a dime as you will go through several people when things go south. Their tactics include rotation of account representatives, shipping issues, questionable packaging, requirement to buy reviews, creating more reasons on to charge more money and refusing to be legit with you when you request your money back.
Ultimately the people working on your account may be from many locations. Our account was not kept secure like they said it was. We went with the Done For You account with Walmart. We thought with the Walmart account and the refund agreement from Ecom Automized LLC in writing we would be safe.

I posted an honest review of my experience with E-Comm, but it appears the review was removed. Despite sharing a truthful account, the review was taken down, which feels like an attempt to suppress my feedback.

Initially, I had reservations about working with Ecom, which led me to decline business with him. However, a few of my team members suggested giving him a try, and in June 2024, I transferred $1,750 via Zelle to the company, for an eBay store. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication initially. After weeks of waiting, I was eventually able to speak to someone from the company, who informed me they encountered a "proxy error" and suggested I consider opening a Walmart store instead. Despite multiple requests for a refund, I was denied a return of my payment.

Approximately six weeks later, my eBay store began receiving listings, but within a month, the store was closed. Based on the contract’s six-month guarantee, I expected greater accountability and quality of service, yet E-Comm has not refunded my payment to date.

Additionally, a rep. repeatedly promised full reimbursement of my $1,750 along with assistance in establishing another LLC, though none of these commitments have been fulfilled.

Moreover, I discovered a review falsely posted under my name by someone from E-Comm. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to reconsider engaging with this company. It appears that they may mismanage projects, fail to honor agreements, and avoid responsibility for unfulfilled services.
