Good communication, proactive team.

I was trying to sell on my own for a year and just kept losing money. I have been using Ecom Rally for the last 2 months, and In the second month, I finally made a small profit! I'm looking forward to bigger profits in the future.

They connect me with suppliers. I don't have to buy a large amount of inventory and wonder if I can sell it. I can buy a small amount and test it. And when I was working on my own, I would have to rush to the bank to send a wire transfer and hope that the item didn't sell out before I could buy it. (In that case, the supplier would keep my money and give me a credit, which I didn't end up being able to use. ) Everything is much easier and more relaxed.

Yes, some problems came up with Amazon, but I am free to deal with them myself or let Ecom Rally deal with them. I also have total control over what I sell.

I'm not big on social media, don't care for hype, and don't usually write reviews-- but these folks deserve one. They helped me launch an Amazon store without flashy promises. Just clear communication and results. I got my first payout last week and it felt surreal seeing the numbers go up with minimal involvement on my part. Quietly one of the best decisions l've made this year.

I began a conversation with EcomRally via Messenger. All they wanted to do was give me canned responses. I was sincerely trying to ascertain whether to trust this company or not. I asked about the ownership of the LLC and they responded by asking why I wanted to know! Finally, after repeated request they gave me the name Osama. No last name. No additional information. They then went back to trying to get me to respond to the canned material. I would strongly advise to NOT get involved with these people. If they hide behind the veil of an LLC and won't give you information that you request, I don't really think "transparent" is a word they should be using.

I've tried two automation agencies before--both overpromised and ghosted me. Ecom Rally was different. They're professional, responsive, and they don't sugarcoat things. The store took a bit longer to launch than expected, but when it did, everything from the images to the product selection felt on-point. I'm now getting sales regularly, and and it feels good knowing someone is actually managing the backend.
