While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Do your research

In a nutshell... AVOID.
Unfortunately, they do not offer refunds; it's in their contract, otherwise I would have asked for my money back. Although this may still be an option, as they have not delivered on all of their promises in their contract. (I am currently taking legal advice on this.)
I truly wish I had done more research into them and their processes. Hopefully, this can help you avoid the mistakes I made.
So, by way of an analogy to help you, imagine buying a new sports car; it arrives on the back of a lorry at your house.
You're excited to get in and drive it. But, wait, you have to get it off the back of the lorry. That'll cost you.
Then you realise that the tyres are flat. That'll cost you.
Oh, and there is actually no fuel in it. That'll cost you. Ah, there's no oil in the engine or fluid for the brakes, guess what? That'll cost you.
This is similar to working with Ecom Sprint. I paid in good faith for a working dropshipping business, but there were so many things that went wrong.
Firstly, after choosing a product, I had to tell them that the logo they had chosen was the same as a similar company in the same vertical. They then suggested products for my brand, but I had to go out and actually source the relevant suppliers, with no previous experience. Also, once sourced, there was little or no margin.
All I have done in three months is throw money at this to make it work, and it simply hasn't.
Regular 'support calls' were a waste of time.
Support has been poor; the fact that they even set up my website on Shopify in USD when they knew I was UK-based and wanted to sell into the UK market was frustrating.
I could carry on listing things that were wrong with this, but I have run out of patience, and life is too short.

I made my first sale 2 days after launch.

I was tired of watching people on LinkedIn talk about their ‘side income’ while I kept telling myself I’d start something next month. I didn’t have the time, the know-how, or frankly the patience to learn everything from scratch. EcomLaunch Sprint didn’t just build me a store, they handed me a complete business on a silver platter. I made my first sale 2 days after launch. Wild.
