Very disappointed with this company

Very disappointed with this company, I’ve tried contacting support on several occasions to request a full refund and so far my requests have gone unanswered. Adverts quoted $20, paid $188 AUD due to add on that seemed compulsory. Please really consider your options prior to engaging with this company.

DONT BUY

Requested a REFUND on multiple devices/socials. NO RESPONSE. They continued to sign me up to shopify using my personal email without CONSENT. Also all these websites are ran threw and thousands of them and not going to compete against your local/big retailers.
THESE GUYS ARE VERY SMART BUT NOT IN A GOOD WAY!

I like the fact that the trainings are…

I like the fact that the trainings are well thought out and easy to follow.If I have a problem I get a response in a short amount time . The program contains all of the outside app/ services are incorporated in the trainings& guide you on how best to use them to attract customers to your on line store . I am on my second store with ecomwebsites. It is well worth the fee to get great service consistently.

So far, great!

So far, so good. I purchased a couple of hours ago and they are already working on my stores. They also respond quickly. I don’t have motivation or patience or attention span for how to courses. Hopefully this works. Will update soon

Phenomenal support team

Phenomenal support team. Extremely patient. They have phenomenal Customer service. Everything is so automated with the Store creations on Spotify, how the sites are already done for you, the products are already added to the site ready to be sold. I highly recommend ECOM Websites.

The store was built immediately but i…

The store was built immediately but i did have some issues activating it which was probably more an issue with my lack of shopify experience.
You do have to activate your store and get it up and running in the first 3 days but it’s worth the $20. You do have to pay extra for a subscription to access other features to help build your store so just be mindful there are additional costs if you need help to grow your shop and make your first sale. But in terms of the $20 spent on building the store and at least getting started it is definitely worth giving it a try.
They do have helpful support people so it is pretty easy to reach out to them with basic questions.

Be careful - this miss leading program is nor recommended

Be aware that the initial price is listed in USD. I didn’t realise this at first, as I was accessing the site from overseas, and it came as an unexpected surprise. The marketing also felt quite strong and, in my experience, somewhat misleading. After signing up for the advertised offer, multiple add‑ons appeared. In one of their videos, they state that if you don’t purchase specific add‑ons, you are guaranteed to fail, which added pressure to spend more.
I ended up paying a total of $137.81 AUD, and even then it felt like it wasn’t enough to access everything they implied was necessary. On the same day as my purchase (6 January 2026), I decided to request a refund because I no longer wanted to continue with a program that felt misleading.
Initially, they told me they could only refund 50% because the rest had supposedly been spent on “resources.” After challenging this a few time, since it appeared that no work had actually been done, they eventually agreed to refund 100%. I received the refund today (20 January 2026), minus approx $5.

Regarding the pricing, our products are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). As an international customer, any difference you noticed in the refunded amount is due to currency conversion rates and foreign exchange fees applied by your bank or payment provider. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these conversion charges.

We can confirm that your refund has been processed in full from our end, and the total amount was returned to the original payment method.

We’re sorry to hear that the program did not meet your expectations, and we regret any frustration this experience may have caused.
