My name is Rajnish Gour. I already had some companies from whom I used to order for any segments I needed. I was doing well but sometimes I had to face issues because sometimes after receiving the parts we discovered it was not something which we really wanted or sometimes it didn’t fit into our revised designs. Then we would have to replace everything and that would cost us extra in shipping.

I was just starting a new project when I came across E CONTROL DEVICE, I asked them if I could get the samples before I make a big order for a large number of units as I needed to see the quality but also I wanted to see if that item would be suitable for my revised design by installing that in the prototype. I did receive the items I had asked for as free samples. I got each part I needed for my prototype and after using them in my prototype design it all worked well.

After getting that done, I was ready to make the big purchase order. I was also given technical assistance which helped me choose the right product for my project. I surely can say that their services are the best and they do a good job overall. I am glad to be working with them.
