The system that I purchased from EcoOnline is now up and running and has performed well from the beginning. I appreciated the technical advice from EcoOnline at the time I was working out what to purchase. For this installation, I had limited space for the solar collector so high efficiency was a strong selling point. The collector panels are physically strong - I was pleasantly surprised that the installation manual said that I could walk on them during installation.

Great Service, Quality Product

Have had the 20 W solar panel for 6 months. Hook up was easy and the hardware was excellent, including the frame and connector cabling.

Installed our solar heating panels over a year ago ourselves. They look great and functioning perfectly. Our pool was deep and took forever to warm up. Now we can swim in it as soon as the weather starts to warm up. We love it!

The kit was delivered quickly and efficiently, a pleasure doing buisness with.

I needed a replacement solar controller and wasn't sure exactly which unit I needed. I found EcoOnLine provided the right advice and the best price for the controller unit I needed. Delivery was fast, the controller arrived safely and is working reliably. Great result all round.

The solar water panels work fine but the pump stopped working after a few months.

Installed easily, works very well, have had to turn it off many times as spa was getting too hot.

Recently purchased a solar spa heating system from EccOnline which I was able to install myself thanks to the detailed installation manual provided. I found the system easy to install and it worked straight away and we had a hot spa within a couple of days even though I installed it in Autumn. The guide to the placement of the panels was excellent and even in winter the spa was around 32+degrees if we had 2 or 3 days of full sunshine so most impressed.
I currently have a minor glitch due to an environmental situation and EcoOnline are assisting me with a fix for that.
I have no hesitation in recommending EcoOnline to others and have done so with friends and family already.
Bonus has been the huge reduction in power bills as we only run our pool pump now when we are in it as the solar system effectively disperses water throughout the spa.

Good product, easy to install and the best value for money I could find. System works really well.

Controller works well and good value for money

Excellent quailty Australian made product with well written easy to follow manual. Customer support line was an Aussie technician who knew his stuff. Hooked it all up, not one leak and very happy with the value of the deal!! Thanks guys.
