This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They completely failed to collect my packages as promised and then refused to issue a full refund for the service I paid for. Reaching customer support was hopeless — no one ever replied or offered any real help. I strongly advise against using them. If you want your shipments handled properly and to be treated with even basic professionalism, look elsewhere.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The company never picked up my parcels, refused to give back the full payment, and was impossible to reach for support. Truly unprofessional and unreliable — I would never recommend them to anyone.
The worst service I've ever deal with
This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They never showed up to pick up my packages, and when I tried to get a refund, they refused to return the full amount I had already paid. It was absolutely impossible to get in touch with their support - no one would respond or take responsibility. Do not ever use this company. If you care about your packages actually being collected, shipped, and about having even the slightest bit of customer service, stay far away.

It’s been a month they have collected my 2 parcels, and it’s been a month without any updates. Their customer service is non-existent and they make it imposible to reach out to them. This company is a scam, and is ran by thieves.

Service and customer support failure with no refund
No one collects parcel and ever communicates about the service failure. And, absurd of cancellation reason being “wrong address”. Did not refund even though requested.

Economic solution for non-critical deliveries
PROS:
- A slight increase in dimensions caused by a miscommunication between a recipient and sender was not fined
- The price was reasonable
CONS:
- It took a week longer and the ETA was hardly predictable
- Non-helpful automatic support with no other contact available
Very poor service
Very poor service. Stayed at home 2 days for collection but the driver never showed up and said “no one was at home”. After 2 days they cancelled the order. Don’t use Ecoparcel , no phone number , no email only AI agent (insufficient) ,pay a bit more and DPD or DHL , complete disappointment.

Appears to be a scam service. They never collected my parcel and cancelled the order without notifying me or issuing a refund. Customer service is appalling, they blame the customer and take no accountability. They initially gave me a partial refund in store credit, and I had to hold a conversation with them for an entire week for them to send this to my original payment method. They will continue to mark the issue as solved unless you keep messaging them. They told me they wouldn’t issue a full refund due to an incorrect address I gave, which is completely untrue, and it seems like others have had a similar experience. I am now short €6. Avoid this company at all costs, and if you have been scammed by them contact your bank and continue to log tickets like I did until they finally issue the refund. Hope this helps.

They falsely claimed my address was incorrect and cancelled the pickup, even though the address was 100% correct. When I requested a refund, they still charged a €6 cancellation fee — even though it was their cancellation under false pretenses, not mine.

This company is a scam - avoid it. I paid for the parcel did not send the shipping label at all. Contacting the customer service, don't answer with reliable answers to the questions
Twice failed pickup, no accountability – avoid
I booked a parcel collection with Ecoparcel, stayed home all day, and… no one showed up. No ring at the door, no phone call — nothing. My collection was simply marked as “error” and cancelled.
I then paid €5 for a rebooked collection. Again: no attempt was made. No call, no ring, no explanation.
When I contacted customer service, I was first told it would be escalated. Then I was told I wasn’t eligible for a refund because the order had already been rebooked — ignoring the fact that the rebooking only happened because the first pickup failed. Apparently, if their courier fails once, and again, that’s still your problem.
In short: I paid for a service that was never delivered, I was home and reachable both times, no attempt was made by the courier, Ecoparcel refuses to take responsibility.
I’ve never had issues with deliveries or pickups before. Ecoparcel is relying on unreliable couriers and then putting the blame on the customer.
I’ve now filed a formal complaint with consumer protection. Until Ecoparcel changes its refund policy and takes accountability, I suggest you stay away.
TERRIBLE SERVICE – THEY LOST OUR BOX AND DID NOTHING TO FIX IT
We hired Ecoparcel to ship a box full of personal belongings with both emotional and financial value. The box never arrived, and since then, customer service has been absolutely non-existent.
Not only did they lose the package, but they also made no effort to find it or offer a clear explanation. We've been following up for weeks and only receive automated or evasive responses.
Even though the shipment included insurance, they refuse to compensate us. They haven't provided the insured amount and it seems like they never will.
A truly frustrating, negligent, and irresponsible experience. If you value your belongings, DO NOT USE ECOPARCEL.
