Delivery driver was helpful

Thanks to Ecosa and Sam delivery— everything was delivered on time and in perfect order. I received my order within 24 hours and was kept updated throughout the whole delivery. Great work

Uncomfortable and impossible return process

The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. When I asked to swap it to the softer version they said this would not come with the same comfort guarantee, and that if I ever order another mattress it won't either.
So I organised a return, and the return process was harrowing. They refuse to contact you via email, making it near impossible to organise the collection unless you don't have a job. Then they essentially make you stay home on an entire weekday (again, what am I meant to do if I have a job?) to wait for their mattress collection, for which they refuse to specify a time, only say they will give you a 4 hour window on the morning if you call them and wait on hold.
Then they tell you they will call you 30 minutes before, but at the last minute this was then not a possibility anymore, leaving me to have to sit at home waiting with no ETA.

I do not recommend this company in the slightest

Ecosa Breeze Storage Bed & Pure Mattress

Spent 2.5k in the last month. Puchased the Ecosa Breeze Storage Bed and the Pure Mattress. Whilst the Mattress has been amazing. The breeze storage bed has been really disappointing. 2 of the draws have fallen apart. This is after putting them together correctly and treating them with care. I have sent photos of the draws and it does seem tedious to get actionable quick replies that puts my mind at rest. I searched long and hard before committing to a bed frame - i needed storage and the draws looked perfect. Really hoping they provide a solution and provide new draws. As the screws are no long tenable to sustain the draw. it also has me worried about the longevity of the product. Please see pics. Also, has me wondering what their warranty and response would be if issues were to arise with the mattress. However, the mattress has been wonderful thus far.

I didn’t receive my delivery

I didn’t receive my delivery. It was delivered to the incorrect address and I ended up having to schlepp three massive parcels back to my house because they couldn’t be bothered to deliver to the correct address. Phone number for delivery when unanswered as it was after hours on a Friday and it was an all round bad experience. It’s not that hard to read a correct address on the label. I will update further after I try and put the bed together. Horrible so far

An excellent mattress

I had no problem with delivery at all. The mattress was delivered to the door even though they could not provide a delivery time,just the day. We were lucky to get it in the morning. The service with pickup of the old mattress was also easy and on the date we selected.
The mattress is wonderful for me and has helped with my back pain which I had for the last months. It almost disappeared. The feeling to sink into the plush version is so good. You can also change to medium or medium plush easily and the cover of the top of the mattress can be unzipped and washed. I got a free waterproof cover, too.I can highly recommend this company.

Great product good service

Prompt ordering and delivery and updated all along the way so no one can be confused as to when and what date your item is delivered. The delivery persons were a credit to the company, very professional even asking where abouts would I like the order placed e.g. in specific location not just inside the front door, very nicely done. I would recommend Ecosa for it's affordable products and the quick delivery.

I brought a Haven Bed frame & the ecosa…

I brought a Haven Bed frame & the ecosa mattress. Would not recommend either the mattress has indents after not even 2 months of 15mm according to ecosa it's not a manufacturing fault unless it is 20mm, I've been emailing them and it's not as easy as they say with the 100 day trial period. The frame also makes noise every time you move which wakes you up it's that noisy. DO NOT BUY all these influences must be getting them for free to be advertising ecosa like they are. It's not even worth it if it was free. Very disappointing customer service & product.
