The delivery was incredibly fast. The delivery people were very kind, it's a pleasure to find people like that. As for the sofa, I still have to open it.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a mattress topper and have no idea where it is or what is happening. The responses I’m getting are very automated and leaving me seriously frustrated. I wish I’d looked up reviews before. Now trying to battle to get a refund.

It was not delivered to the address I requested on the ecosa site when I ordered it We were waiting at the address at avoka at the alloted time. they delivered to the address I had a ecosa delivered to a year ago and said that someone in the household accepted it but there was no one there to accept it as we were where it was supposed to be. It was annoying as have to now find it and get it to its right address ourselfs

I see I'm not alone here. The customer service is appalling and I am one of the people waiting to hear ANYTHING about a mattress I ordered on the 21 November whilst my son sleeps on the floor in our new home. I see all of the responses from Ecosa are the same "we're sorry, how frustrating" but no resolve. If you want your product in a reasonable time frame (as advertised and notified in their confirmation emails) I would NOT buy from Ecosa.
UPDATED: Rochelle apparently Carl AND Jen (also Senior Customer Care) are chasing up my order, and have sent me back the same message you have responded with here. Everyone is very sorry. As yet no one has responded with any actual whereabouts of my mattress despite giving all of my details including my order number

Fake company. Showed a product in a video which I ordered and then sent me something worth a fraction of the price and completely different /inferior. Ripped me off and stole my $260 dollars. What goes around comes around I can only hope. Sorry I only entered this review in December, I'm not exactly sure about the date they sent me the wrong product. I decided to report them when I was reminded recently by a friend.

Extremely poor service. Bought a sofa lounge and 6 weeks later still no idea or information on when it would be shipped, the. Was told a date then that date came and went & no one would write back to me, when I went to social media it was only then someone answered me & told me they had none in stock & weren’t sure what was happening so I got a refund which to be honest I was just junking the whole thing was a scam lucky I got the $$ and ordered a koala sofa lounge that was available immediately!

Ordered 2 bedside tables, when they arrived both were damaged with scratched. I sent photos and asked for a replacement and customer service was very difficult to deal with. Phone line is closed, nobody responded to my E-mail (sent a week ago) and on the chat i was told procurement would reach out to arrange a replacement which they have not done. I've now tried to contact them twice more on chat and have received no reply. So I still have two broken bedside tables at home which I am now trying to get returned for a full refund. This is the absolute worst customer service I have received and would strongly recommend anyone against ordering from this website.

This place is the absolute worst - I ordered three mattresses, a bed frame, and pillow cases on 23rd November all of which were in stock for same week delivery. I scheduled this for 4th October - the date we were moving into our new home. I also took the day off work to be present for the delivery. I’ve since logged in to my account (2 days prior to delivery) and can see this is now showing as a delivery date for only some of the items on 8th December, with other items now out of stock????? Where are we supposed to sleep for four nights? To make the situation worse, we didn’t even receive any notification of the delivery date change, which means I am only just finding out now after checking this myself. Extremely poor experience.
UPDATE: after being assured delivery would occur on the scheduled date, we received a message from the delivery company (after the delivery time!) saying due to “unforeseen circumstances” they cannot deliver our three mattresses. Our entire family are now sleeping on the floor, including my elderly parents.

Waiting over 6 weeks for delivery of a couch, they can't seem to get a clear restock date from their suppliers and only a 2 week window. I wouldn't have ordered had i known from the beginning.

This company is useless. I ordered a bed frame. they did not deliver all the parts. Cannot get them to send me the missing parts. It has been months now. If I could give them zero stars I would!

Ordered a mattress into metro Melbourne area 2 weeks ago and it still has not arrived despite at checkout it stating that it will be delivered in 3-10 business days and quicker in metro areas.
We have contacted support 5 times as we have been sleeping on a blow mattress and each time, they’ve said to contact if it hasn’t arrived by X date and then when we do contact on X date they then say they’ll be in touch with an update from the courier but no contact has been made on either occasions even after putting an official complaint in.
Really hoping it comes tomorrow as I have tracked it in a Melbourne depot, but we’re beyond frustrated and doesn’t give hope seeing other reviews saying it took up to 6 weeks to deliver.
