Great to deal with

I have made several purchases from these guys and I can’t fault them. Always fast delivery and any problems the lady that looks after customers is always helpful and sorts any issues. Great company to deal with. The actually re-use and recycle cardboard boxes from other items when they send stuff out, so fair play 👍

Bought their gravity lock for a wheelie…

Bought their gravity lock for a wheelie bin, it was faulty. When I contacted them , they sent a replacement. This lock didn’t work either. They organised both locks to be returned to the store but refused to refund me. They found both locks were working despite my problem with them. Yet I still haven’t received my money back. This is far from fair

Ordered 360 litre wheelie bin & payment…

Ordered 360 litre wheelie bin & payment on 11th December. Heard nothing. Contacted company on 16th December. Katie looked into matter. Gave me tracking number to Fastway courier & told to be patient. No movement on tracking number past 13th December. Contacted company once again & again on 24th informing no delivery of wheelie bin and I wanted a refund (asked twice for refund). Still waiting for reply. Not happy with company. I don't pay for items in full and receive nothing as being trustworthy. Wouldn't recommend. Beware..

Our customer service team investigated the issue promptly and provided tracking details from our courier partner. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, there was no movement on the delivery, and we faced delays in receiving updates from them.

We understand the frustration caused, especially as this occurred during the busy Christmas period, when our offices were closed for a few days, limiting our ability to follow up as quickly as we normally would.

To address your concerns, we issued a full refund while continuing to investigate the matter with our courier. We deeply regret the disappointment this has caused and assure you that we are taking steps to avoid similar issues in the future.

Fastway couriers

Purchased a second hand wheelie bin for storing Firewood. The bin is fine and clean inside and out. The issue I had was with the courier service "Fastway" Despite valiant attempts by Ecostore and myself to obtain accurate tracking information, the tracking information was not updated and remained totally inaccurate. Both Kellie and Aleksandra from Ecostore have provided excellent customer service in trying to sort out my issue. It would appear they are actively seeking a replacement courier service to avoid issues with delivery of larger goods. Sadly Fastway did impact on my customer experience and I do hope Ecostore manages to identify a courier company that will compliment their business.

I purchased an aroma diffuser for…

I purchased an aroma diffuser for ecostore and I’m very happy with the quality of the product, as well as the rapid delivery time. I have been wanting a good diffuser for a while and came across the one on the ecostore website. I would say it’s definitely worth the buy and cannot recommend the place enough.

My order was damaged. I contacted the company and got no reply initially.

They saw my Google review and sorted the issue in the end.

Ecostore is a great company

Recently ordered three composters for grass utilisation. Generally great product (600 litres each), but I found a few minor damages (made by delivery company).
Just a few of fastening hooks were cracked out (destroyed).
I was very pleased that company just sent me one new composter as compensation of all these damages.

So, briefly:
– Great company, good products' quality
– Reasonable pricing
– A bit cracky plastic (maybe due to lousy delivery subcontractor)
– Very client-oriented Customer Service
– Fast delivery
– Friendly staff

Undoubtedly recommend!!
