Very disappointing packaging. The quality of the packing was not as expected and very poor. Boxes wouldn’t close and seal correctly. When speaking to the company about a refund or exchange for the packaging provided nothing could be offered and the policy explained did not match the website. Customer service was very poor as well, it unfortunately took 3 weeks of chasing to receive a response. Will not be purchasing again.
These carriers are strong, durable and perfect for our use. We use them for delivery of our cocktails. Great value for money and never had any issues with them. We will definitely be using them again.
