Exact staff instructions; prompt attention; reasonable price; good car model

I did my reservation through booking and although i specifically booked a small car, they had none available when i came for the pick-up so i had no other choice but to take a crossover medium car which made my overall experience quite stressful. They also did not seem to care that much and did not offer any solution - i had asked if i can take the medium car and then return the following day and exchange it for a smaller one, but they said i needed to pay extra...
When asked if i could extend the booking with a few hours, they refused because the reservation was not done with them directly. Not the best client service, unfortunately.

it was a straight forward short walk to the counter and another short walk to pick up that rental car.

On a personal note, I was also happy to have been given a European car as i was not keen in driving a Chinese import.

Upon returning the vehicle it was hard to find the entrance but a friendly staff member ushered us to a parking slot and organized a fast check-out.

I managed to travel to all planned destinations. The car was in perfect technical condition. The insurance at the desk was a better option that the one online.

No issues in picking up the car and collecting even though it was quite late when we got to Brindisi. Service from assistant in collecting, very good. I had never driven a Jaecoo car before and was given basics of the car by him eg simple things like putting it in drive, reverse and brake. No issues either when I brought it back, checked the car, mileage, petrol gauge, and assisted in driving the car forward so that my wife could get out easily since she has less accessibility. Even gave my USB lead back since I had left it in the car. Thank you

Rented a car with ecovia/autovia at Brindisi airport and everything was great. Clean new car and the staff were very nice. If I have to complain about anything, it was difficult to find the drop-off point at Bari airport, poorly signposted.

I loved the car, I got a brand ne little KIa with automatic gearbox and I was verey pleasantly surprised in how rich the version of equipment was (all the sensors I would expect in a higher class vehicle). Truly enjoyed my rental car. The staff was friendly, with perfect English and clear instructions, both at the airport and at the parking, return was hassle free (key box), contact confirming correct car return was sent swiftly.

This company has the policy to charge you more where they can. First time I was charged € 60,- because they completed the registration 1 minute after closing house. Second time they charged me for damage that I didn’t cause. The car had already a lot of damage and now they charge me € 265,-. Because I had to leave the car before opening hours I’ defenseless.

Everything was great, I got a new, clean, super class car, easy to use and modern in appearance. You have to get used to the fact that everything is automatic and you can start your journey quickly. A deposit is required, the formalities are clear and legible, and we bought a driver on site.Photo Id , and before the travel we made a photo of the car and film .
