I bought The Prayer Mats. The Quality Is Out standing.
Complete scam. Bought a Stanley which was fake, to be honest was a good fake but have compared it to two others and can see numerous inconsistencies.
I had messaged the company after not receiving any email or text confirmation of my order and the person on the instant chat was not helpful.
The site have now changed their website to Daloid and have nto responded to any emails.
Very horrible company and horrible service! Ordered for an items over 2 weeks now and haven’t recieved it! I can even reach them! Just so horrible! Never again!!
At first, thought it was a scam as they didn’t send out of my order for a good couple weeks. And when I tried emailing them they would respond back with fake emails. I had called the number on their website which to my attention was a personal real personal phone number, I had confronted them and didn’t hear back. But today I had suddenly received my Stanley cup which I ordered from them weeks later, a bit confused on how this business works and if it’s a legitimate business or not but atleast I got what I payed for. (Unsure if it’s real or not)
Ordered a Stanley Cup and a clearly fake product was sent from China, although their website states UK based company. After requesting a return, 4 emails and over 2 hours waiting on their online chat with no response to any of it, I’m now attempting to claim this back through my credit card company.
Scammer. This company is highly deceptive. They advertise themselves as being UK-based, but after placing an order, the confirmation displayed a completely different store name with the same negative reviews. The shipment tracking consistently indicated movement only within China, and after repeated complaints, they eventually delivered a counterfeit product. This operation is fraudulent and should be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Scam website do not buy anything. Take money, but items not delivered. Tried to make contact on email, telephone but no response. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
Scammers! Beware, and issue a charge back with your bank if you have already ordered. Know they are also behind Welfordstores.co.uk, rebranded to this because they were caught out with their former name.
Very god service and products . Amazing quality and beautiful kitchen products
