Hi, I purchased 3 heaters and they did not heat the way they said so I request a return label which I never received so I sent them back certified mail and still haven't received my full refund they also have no contact number for customers, how am I gng to get my money back,I guess sue them

Got my Eco warm plug in heater today, this crap wouldn't heat an average size room, unless the room is 5 feet by 5 feet and then the ceiling better not be any more than 5 feet. DONT GET SUCKERED IN BY THEIR LYING CLAIMS OF HEATING A ROOM IN MINUTES. IT MIGHT HEAT A DOG HOUSE.... NOTHING ELSE.

Please do not buy these heaters that claim to warm a room in minutes, they do not work at all, you cannot get your money back either as you have to return them to an address in China and the cost to do that is more than the heaters cost...total scam

Useless they are lies this heats nothing.

Total scam. They are made in china and they will not return your money and it cost hundreds to return them and usually Chinese companies won’t except them if you do mail them back.
Have 4 heaters and not one worked

I plugged it in about 5 feet from my thermostat put it on high and 2 hours later the temperature only went up 1 degrees it might work for a very small bathroom but nothing else definitely a scam

Mandaron un producto usado después de 3 semanas, pagué por uno $80 no calienta. Se cae de la toma de corriente y para retornarlo debes de pagar el Shipping para CHINA MUY CARO $250 un verdadero robo. No vayas a comprarles nada.

They sent a used product after 3 weeks, I paid for one $80 it doesn't heat up. It falls from the power outlet and to return it you must pay the Shipping to CHINA VERY EXPENSIVE $250 a real theft. Don't buy them anything.

I ordered what was advertised as Ecowarm and when I received my order the box says EQUIWARM pro. When I opened the box the paperwork HANDY HEATER turbo 800. I plugged one in and the digital display starts at 25 and max out at 32. It is manufactured in and shipped from China. Stay away from this item. If you want to return your order you are responsible for shipping it back to China.

Do not purchase this product. You'd have better luck heating a room with a small hair dryer. Be wary of any product hawked that claims to have brilliant engineers involved - there's a reason that the engineers no longer work at reputable companies (if they even exist), they're incompetent snake-oil salesmen.

Made with a small electrical element and a computer fan blowing the hot air into the room. It can warm my 5’ X 10’ bathroom in about 1.5 hours. Complete rip-off

It is just shit! It does not 'warm up my room in seconds' and doesn't even warm up the room in general. Just an absolute waste of electricity and I'm gutted I bought it. So, all I can say is this good friends... Something bloody mega must be coming your way ✌🏽

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!! The product does not do as it is advertised. It is totally and absolutely useless and ridiculously small. I have tried to contact the company via email and received a response to say that I have to return the items to China “at my own cost” for a refund. The heaters were advertised with “free delivery” yet I was charged £5 delivery on completing the transaction. I have now contacted my credit card company and they are going to claim the monies back from Eco Warmer on my behalf. Stay well clear of this company. It’s a complete scam!!!

Cheap piece of tatt,what a complete waste of money,if I'd paid a tenner for it ,would have just took it on the chin.

I am very dissapointed with this heater, it's a scam, i wish I had viewed all the reviews before purchasing it from the official website at an expensive price including shipping as well. I noticed that it only heats up the heater itself and does not really blow out any heat, I am really angry and disappointed. I have sent an emal to the website contact email on how to return the item and get a refund but no response. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS A SCAM.

I ordered two of the heaters over a hundred pounds,I never received them but money came out of my account,I can’t even get them on phone,so I’ve reported them as fraudulent to my bank.greedy fake company

Despite the hype I feel conned. I bought four, three as presents. The one I kept barely heats two feet in front of me. It's also very loose when plugged in. I won't be giving these as presents now. I've requested a refund under the 30 day guarantee so we'll see if Ecowarm try to squirm their way out of it.

Was going to buy this BUT. I noted the previous reviews and find that suspicious also the potential purchase issues. They claim they sell loads of these heaters so why only 7 reviews? My personal thoughts are to not purchase this heater.

The four positive reviews for this product were all posted across a span of three days two years ago.

Ripped off? Ordered online and paid. Auto generated email saying order received and will advise when shipped. (Website suggests dispatch will be in 2-3 days.) Then silence.
Responding to email bounces back. Clicking email address link on website directs you to the website hosting company not the vendor. Filling in 'contact us' form on website does not illicit any response of any kind. Phoning several times just goes unanswered.
Manually typing in email address from website and sending email politely asking for update on order goes unanswered several times.
Customer care and communication is either woefull or this is a scam.
It is now 23 days since they took my money and no communication, no product arrived.
If I have still had no written communication from this company within the next week, I will consider legal proceedings to recover my money.
