We are happy to provide you with demonstration of our very latest systems. At ECR we program your new system, we will install your system & train your staff, finally we will provide you with a one years warranty. At ECR there are no HIDDEN EXTRAS and we pride ourselves in providing all our customers with an outstanding service.

Wish I had found them sooner!

I would not hesitate in recommending ECR. After our bad experience with another Epos company, ECR were an absolute blessing. They were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. They came when it was convenient for us and made sure we had training and were confident with the system before we went live. The staff are finding the till easy to use and we have no fear of the screen stalling as it did before. Finding ECR has lifted a weight from our shoulders after a horrendous year with an online company whose product crashed constantly. The service here is 100% don't even think about going anywhere else! Thank you ECR for all your help.

Always available for support

I have been using ECR for over 15 years now and would highly recommend them.
Their products are very reliable and they are always at the end of the phone for support in programming and queries. Not being very technical minded myself they are always very patient and I never feel that the question may be too obvious or that I have already asked for training in this area before.
Phil has always been excellent support and more recently dealing with his son Josh who has the same technical strength and patience
