I bought an appartment recently with Jonas and I'm extremely happy with how it went. I had great advices on different properties I sent him.
And when I found the apartment I wanted to buy, Jonas was very fast to review the documents, and very helpful with all the questions I had regarding the process.
I can only recommend !
As this was my first purchase and I didn't know much beforehand, I decided to contact EDC, specifically Jonas Blistrup, who was recommended to me. And I'm glad I did, Jonas guided me and explained everything I asked. I was feeling secure and confident during the whole process. Definitely worth it!
I am very grateful for such support and competence of Jonas in our purchase of a house. He informed us well on all the issues that interested us. In general, cooperating with Jonas is easy and pleasant. We recommend him to others, everyone will be satisfied. Thank you again
We had an outstanding experience with Jonas & Christian, who advised us during the purchase of our house. As expats, we probably had more numerous and perhaps also more complex questions than the average Danish customer - which Christian and Jonas handled with a very high level of care, tact, and all-out professionalism. A major kudos to both Jonas and Christian, and our most wholehearted recommendation on the service provided by the EDC advisory team.
We (myself and my girlfriend) had the absolute pleasure of having Nina as our counselor during the process of buying a house in Aalborg. She is by far the most experienced, professional and caring ally to have during the purchase of a house. We felt guided at every step of the way, and she felt like a friend who made everything possible for us to get the best deal or ensure that we land on our feet when the seller was being unreasonable. We like the house, the entire process was ok, but, if there is one element that went smooth from beginning until we bought the house, that was our collaboration with Nina!
I had the pleasure of working with Jette as my apartment consultant during my recent purchase, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jette made the legal aspects of the process seem easy, patiently explained everything, and had a keen eye for detail. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism made the entire journey enjoyable. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of expert assistance.
Hi,
Our bank adviser recommended EDC for Køberrådgivning. Initial interactions did not go well until we have first meeting with Theis Kvist Hansen.
Theis made every effort to address our concerns as first time house buyers. He gave immediate response and provided us support, for example providing a check list during takeover, during the whole process.
