Every time i have ordered from this company it has been because they have beaten the price of other sites, provide excellent service and a great range of products. I am also very impressed with the quality of their website which provides excellent detail when browsing. I'm always excited to see an update on their site

Excellent company
I have used EDCGear quite a bit over the last couple of years and the service has always been excellent. The choice of products is really good and the website is a great place to browse. Any issues with delivery or stock are always sorted out very quickly by Tim, and I have found it to be a very personable experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for cool stuff

Fantastic service.
Great service. Tim always responds to queries the same day, normally within a few hours. Same day dispatch and next day delivery. Can't ask for much more to be honest. Used Edcgear a few times now and never had an issue. Highly recommended.

Great Service Great Experiance
wanted an item out of stock and dropped them an email to ask when it would come back in. was advised by "Tim" it would be back in soon and he would let me know when they had stock. sure enough the next week I had an email back advising that the item was in stock.
upon placing my order i had an automated and personal confirmation of my order and its dispatch within hours and the item was in hand the very next day!
After so many problems getting the item in question from other suppliers EDC gear is a great example of how online shopping and customer service should be!
