Easy and hassle free. Royal Mail sat on the post for days though!
Item very good - very nice wood on the handle. Slight issue with the blade on opposite side to finger groove, but for the price not going to return item - other than this small blade issue the item is very well made and worth a punt.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service and generous and straight forward returns service. I also appreciate the personal touch and insight - the interaction with the shop didn't feel transactional like it can do in many cases.

I contacted the seller who immediately told me if my purchase did not arrive by the next day a full refund or another replacement would be sent to me.
My order arrived next day and I give the seller 5 stars for prompt reply and immediate offer to sort if my item did not arrive.

Good Afternoon. I'm sorry to hear that. The label was printed with Royal Mail on the 31st. Sadly, as it was a weekend immediately after it was picked up on the Monday I think.
It's definitely running a little late, if you drop us an email we'll either refund or send you a replacement, but we haven't actually heard from you I don't think.

Purchased a legal non- locking pocket knife and it arrived in 3 days.
Nice handy knife with a clip. Good open and closing, small, sturdy and convenient and would reccomend.

Good Morning, I'm sorry to hear you've struggled to understand how the product you've purchased operates. We do have blog posts on the site that explain how the various types of knives work. Everything on EDC Warehouse is a slipjoint knife, which is clearly stated throughout the site.
To close a slipjoint, you just need to fold the blade toward the handle. There will be some tension holding the blade in place, but no lock, as this is what means our knives are 'UK Legal'.

All your EDC needs on one website.. Ordered three items, 2 EDC folders and a tactical pen.. All delivered with no problem.. very happy with products and service and will be using again.. Hope to see more wild camping and bushcraft items in the future..
