I ordered a shirt online the wrong one…
I ordered a shirt online the wrong one was sent out and I needed it urgently, it’s not even the same barcode on the shirt I received as the one on my order I photographed the one I was ordering, so unless their website is wrong I don’t know!
But in all my years shopping online from Italy, Germany, Ireland and elsewhere it’s the first time that I have received the complete wrong item, and that’s coming from either Athlone or Ballyhaunis !
My impression is they were out of stock, as has often happens but instead of emailing me they just sent a substitute!

Delivery problem?!
Hi, it;s not normal to order and pay at your web site at 07 April and till today nothing.
No tracking number, no information of order, nothing. I must write two e-mails to send me particular information that I must wait more than 10 days?!

Good Day Sir, as was explained to you over our correspondence; your order was placed between long weekends and we posted it out from Ireland to yourself in the UK with a dispatch note emailed on the day of postage, you were later informed as to the date on which your item was most likely to arrive (the Tuesday) after the bank holiday Monday, which it then did. Unfortunately with the Brexit issue, sending items to the UK has become more complicated and the bank holidays made your wait a little longer than it would normally be so we apologise for the inconvenience that these issues may have caused you.

Couldn't recommend this place highly enough! Bought a pair of Tommy jeans cheaper and quicker than from the official site, delivery was free and included free socks and thank you note. When I rang to check details they were friendly and helpful, will definitely be back, thank you! 😊

Pooy pocket
The staff were very helpful can’t complain, but a soggy sandwich was found in the pocket of the denim jeans I had purchased. The sandwich looked like Nutella but on further inspection it was human fecal matter. This was not a pleasant experience
