Fast delivery
I did not receive a confirmation mail when i placed the order which is really unusual and put me to thoughts.
I sent an email and they answered me the following day that they had already sent the sunglasses i ordered. I received them today, just 2 days after the order.

RayBan stolen during packing process
Package was not delivered to the door, but thrown in the garden. When the box was opened, the RayBan box turned out to be empty. Sunglasses were stolen during the assembly process. Hope to receive new one soon from Edel-optics.

No customer support?
I really would have liked to place a good review, but... I ordered the wrong size of sunglasses and have been trying for days to contact customer support, both by phone and e-mail. Two phone calls and two emails. To this day I have not received any response.
The website clearly states that there are free returns (at the top of the page) and I would like to invoke this right. I would just like to exchange the glasses for the right size or return the glasses and get my money back.
Can you guys please contact me as soon as possible? Order number E-BE21-2881654.
