We're sorry to hear you weren't able to pick up your package from your local post office between 1st December and 24th December. We sent you your tracking number the day after you lodged your order (19/11/25). The tracking number shows the following timeline:
27/11 your package was received by the local postal carrier
1/12 delivery was unsuccessful, pickup available from your post office
24/12 package marked "unsuccessful delivery - Item refused by Addressee" and returned to sender
After being ready for pickup at your post office for 21 days, your package is now on its way back to us. We've sent you an email so we can work together to get this shipped back to you again.

High quality Christmas ornaments
Excellent service and beautiful products. I ordered some precious European ornaments for my Christmas tree and they arrived so quickly , beautifully packaged and perfect. Highly recommended .

Helpful to know the length & width of the products
The products are absolutely gorgeous. I had to ask the shop via the chat for the size as it wasn’t on the website at the time. It was for a dragonfly brooch - she said 8cm. That turned out to be the length only but the width was 10cm so it was much bigger than I expected when it arrived, too big to gift for Xmas. Suggest you include both measurements as it’s hard to gauge the size otherwise, thanks!

I have no problems with your company or…
I have no problems with your company or your products .
The objects I ordered are made of fine glass for Xmas .They were very well packed with no breakages but I will make sure they stay that way when hung on the Xmas tree .
I did have one issue though .Had to add some superglue to fitting as was loose & would have dropped off from the fitting .

Stunning Christmas decorations.
Having been to the Christmas markets in Europe & especially in Salzburg, I was overjoyed to see your stall at Chadstone. The quality & designs of your decorations are just beautiful & I wish I could have bought more. Also the young woman who helped me was just lovely. She was so personable & helpful. I think her name was Emma.
