After leaving a different apprenticeship company whilst completing my level 3 I joined Eden and instantly knew I had made the right decision. I have felt supported through out the duration of my level 3 childcare course and can’t recommend them enough.
In particular my tutor, Helen, has offered me a lot of support through absences and delays in written work, getting me to where I need to be every time.
Even during my tutors absences I have received plenty of support from other staff members with the company.

Eden really helped me to complete both my level 2 and 3 in childcare which I have now fully completed. My skills coach chelsie Austin also really helped me by giving me all the information I needed and answered all the questions I had leading up to my final exam

I have recently finished my apprenticeship with Eden Training and my tutor Sarah and lizzie both were very helpful and supportive, i was very nervous at first but then they were very helpful in everything and explained me nicely .

I’m currently doing my apprenticeship with Eden. My skills coach Charlotte Hemsworth has been amazing! She’s been so supportive and in depth throughout, I can’t thank her enough for all the work she’s put in to help me get this far! Thanks again, Emily

I am currently training with Eden. I am enjoying the course so far and find the teaching sessions really useful. My tutor charlotte is really helpful during our review sessions and helps me with anything I’m struggling with.

I had a really good experience with Eden and my tutor Claire van der eykyn, she was always very supportive when I was doing my level 2 and would always help if I needed help with my college work or of the job hours, Claire definitely made it much more easier and enjoyable to do my level 2 with all her support and can’t wait to go forward with her onto my level 3

Have just done my level 3 childcare with Eden, have really enjoyed learning with Eden. All the tutors are great, really supportive, thanks to Hannah my tutor and to Sandra for my leasons.

I have just finished my lvl3 child development with a distinction and Eden have been amazing through the whole process! Sian is an amazing tutor! Taking her time to work with you and teach you in the way that works for you! The safeguarding team are amazing too! Helping me through difficult times and helping me stay safe!

I recently completed a course with Eden Training Solutions and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The support throughout the program was outstanding, and I always felt encouraged and well-guided.

A few years ago, I completed a childcare course in college, but I found it overwhelming and quite stressful. In contrast, my experience with Eden has been completely different. Everything was much more manageable, and the way the course was structured made it easier to stay on track without feeling pressured.

I’d especially like to mention Hannah, who was an absolutely lovely and helpful tutor. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always made time to answer any questions I had. Her friendly and supportive approach made learning so much more enjoyable and really helped me stay motivated.

I would highly recommend Eden Training Solutions to anyone looking to further their education in childcare.

I’m currently training with Eden and really enjoying the learning experience. I was a bit nervous to start training since it’s been several years since I was last in education. However, my skills coach, Charlotte Mayne, has been amazing, her support and encouragement have really helped build my confidence. It’s been reassuring to know I can email her anytime, and she is always there to help and support me whenever I need it.

I have just completed and passed my Level 2 with Eden Training Solutions. They have amazing staff and tutors who help guide you every step of the way. They are very understanding and supportive throughout. My tutor, Claire, was phenomenal. Always there whenever I needed support. I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor. When I started early years I didn’t have any experience what so ever however after attending almost all of the online classes I feel very confident in the early years setting!
There is a LOT of work to do as expected and can sometimes be overwhelming to get things done before the hand in date however I have an amazing skill coach (Charlotte Mayne) who is also there to support me however she can couldn’t ask for a better person to help me throughout my course!

This is the 1st time my nursery has used this training provider and won’t be the last, the manager today confirmed they will be using Eden going forward. They have had dealings with a number of providers and Eden has really stood out for their delivery of my childcare apprenticeship.

From a personal perspective my coach HANNAH PHILLIPS has been amazing in supporting me making the whole process smooth and I feel confident been put forward for my end point assessment thanks to her.

The course has a clear and great structure, balanced with individual learning, online workshops, writing your professional notes to prepare you for your end point assessment, testing my knowledge, putting into practise my learns.

Prior to starting my early years educator course with Eden I was so anxious and overwhelmed as I have never done an online course for an apprenticeship before. I have also been diagnosed with ADHD and ASD and this has been quite challenging for me. My skills coach, Sally Fitzgerald has really put my mind at ease by being so patient, friendly and understanding with me. Sally has broken down every piece of work and explained everything thoroughly to me and has always been available when i have needed her. I am so glad to have Sally as my skills coach.

Eden Training is amazing!

I have faced many setbacks during my career in early years but staff from eden training have supported me through it all! I don’t think I would’ve got to where I am without them. Both Kimberley and Beth have been there anytime i needed support and always made time to have a chat with me. I would 10000% recommend doing any training/courses with eden!!!!

My skills coach (Hannah Phillips) has been absolutely amazing and got me through to the end of my apprenticeship so quickly and with so much support, she provided me with so much material to help me with assignments and was always only an email away if I had any questions.

I’m currently training with Eden, it’s been a smooth sailing journey so far! I’m enjoying learning so much and feeling my self grow stronger as a practitioner as well as my confidence! Before joining Eden it had been around 10 years since I last were in education but Jessica Copland has made this a smooth transition back into Learning again, with all her effort and support! A big thanks to Jessica Copland who’s such a supportive and helpful tutor! - Thankyou!

Eden-TS & particularly Nicola (my skills coach) have been fantastic learning providers over the course of my apprenticeship, from booking into each teaching session to my EPA they have been understanding, adaptable and respectful.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship and look forward to (hopefully) continuing with Eden to gain my SENCO qualification.

Eden has been wonderful to work with. Our apprentices have learned so much with the guidance of their skills coach, regular but well paced lessons and so much more. it has been so reassuring to know that Maryellen Wood is at the other end of the 'phone should we need her. She has contacted us regularly to check that everything is on track and that we are happy with the service.
