I had a failed windscreen washer motor during bad weather. Stefan at Days was very helpful and squeezed a repair into their already-full schedule, so I could collect the next day. Good value work, helpful team - very satisfied customer!

I bought the sample pack about a year ago and then three fragrances, two for Christmas presents and Chartwell for myself as I really like this one. I decided to order the larger bottle on the 28th September and by the 10 October it still hadn't arrived so I e-mailed them asking where my order was, within a day I had received confirmation of my order but no apology/explanation as to why I had had to chase them up! so I was a little disappointed with their customer service, but their fragrances are beautiful.

I've just bought some more perfume/scent/aftershave whatever you want to call it from Edenbridge. I love Erebus, but also bought a small bottle of their Unconquered, which is also awesome. I'm going to get a larger bottle of that too

It's very easy to order from their website. Everything arrives quickly in environmentally friendly reusable/ recyclable lightweight packaging. Great customer service.

Five stars to this wonderful company. More people should try these scents. They are amazing.

I'm not, historically, a great user of fragrances, but things change. I wanted something different and out of the mainstream. This small company has a unique range of products and I thought, why not give them a try. Ordering a fragrance 'unsniffed' may seem foolhardy, but the descriptions on the website are very evocative.
My order was handled quickly and accurately. The product shipping packaging is marvellous. Very solid and well designed.
The products themselves are fabulous. I've bought 'Chartwell' and 'Maison Dieu', I've taken the time to try both, and I really couldn't be happier. Wearing these fragrances actually makes me feel good. It also feels good to support a small business.

Ordered sampler packs of all their perfumes, but unfortunately Royal Mail lost the item. I emailed their contact address, but my emails were caught by an overzealous spam filter. When they found my email, they apologized, refunded me and sent replacements, going above and beyond what was required.
