I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how incredible Eden Event Hire and Management were for our wedding in November 2025. Myself and Matthew were completely blown away when we walked into the venue — it genuinely took our breath away. I still can’t quite put into words just how amazing everything looked.

The scale of what Marilyn and her team achieved is just unbelievable. Knowing it took four days to set up and take down makes it even more impressive. Every single detail was flawless — from the stunning floor-to-ceiling draping, to the sparkly backlighting behind the top table, to the perfectly dressed tables with beautiful tablecloths, charger plates, cutlery, and centrepieces. The acrylic table plan and place name boards were just incredible.

What really stood out was the level of care and precision. The team wore white gloves to make sure nothing was marked, chairs were beautifully decorated, ribbons were tied perfectly with lace — every single table looked uniform and absolutely perfect. It looked absolutely incredible. Even the venue staff said they had never seen the drill hall transformed the way it was for our wedding, and didn’t think it was even possible to achieve what we had envisioned. Even guests commented that they had never seen a wedding venue look as magical as ours did and that we didn’t miss out anything or detail.

We were originally recommended Marilyn by Helen from Elite Weddings, and I am so grateful for that recommendation. Marilyn truly ticks every box. She covered everything — décor, tables, table plans, place names, buttonholes, my bridal bouquet, flowers, wrist corsages for our mums, even thank you flowers for them. From glassware to cutlery, and even the washing up and packing away — everything was handled.

Having one person manage it all instead of multiple suppliers made the whole experience so much easier and stress-free. There was no confusion, no conflicting ideas — just one clear vision executed to perfection.

On top of all of that, Marilyn herself is just the loveliest person. She’s warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares. We built such a lovely relationship with her, and she really took the time to understand us and our vision. It felt so personal, despite how many weddings and events she must do.

Marilyn and her team — you honestly deserve a medal for what you pulled off. Thank you for creating something so special and unforgettable for us. I would recommend you to absolutely anyone.

What can I say, from the moment I contacted Marilyn and the team the experience was nothing short of excellence.

Right from the outset, Marilyn’s professionalism, clear communication and attention to detail enabled me to deliver to my client something that far exceeded expectations.

We had the pleasure of working together and transforming a space that even the owners said they had never seen it look like that before “beautiful” “stunning” “wow” “amazing” and “how did you do it” were all words used by the bridal party and guests.

I was so impressed with everyone and everything from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team and I’m excited to collaborate with them again in the future.

I’ve never hired a service like this nor have I used this company before so I didn’t know what to expect. In all honesty expected them to throw bits on the table and be off but I couldn’t be more wrong.

The attention to detail with every chair cover bow, positioning of every plate was more than the normal eye would notice. The flowers both faux and real were beautiful and I was inundated with compliments of the room but what I liked most about the team was the way they saw me; a stranger to them, on my own stressed with the event I had ahead. They went way beyond their job role and stepped in places they didn’t need to.

I don’t normally write reviews but for this company I had to. They were truly amazing.

I’m incredibly thankful to Marilyn for going above and beyond to make my mum’s birthday so special. From my frantic calls and emails about last-minute venue issues to my indecision around styling details, Marilyn consistently remained calm, listened, and offered thoughtful reassurance every step of the way. Her understanding, professionalism and flexibility was greatly appreciated.

On the day of the event, both Marilyn and Paul were absolutely fantastic. Their work ethic, attention to detail, pride in their work and high standards were truly inspiring to witness. The 360 video booth was a huge hit with our guests, and when I received the videos, I was blown away by the quality and how beautifully the custom frame reflected the event’s theme.

Marilyn and her team are incredible! I had to get married and host a 140 person event within two months, and she provided me with so much support, even when I had to slightly change the plan last minute and get more chairs and tables. Despite their van breaking down, they STILL got to the venue on time, and for that I will be forever grateful. I will definitely be working with them again, and I would recommend their work, dedication and commitment to everyone! I really pray for success on their business, and that they continue to thrive!

Marilyn and her team are friendly, warm and professional. Our guests and us had the best time at our wedding and a large part of this was due to the 360 booth Edenem provided. There were so many props and it was a great laugh for everyone. Would highly recommend!!

Marilyn works with you right from the start till the event is completed, keeping with the ‘brief’. The challenge in covering 2 venues within 24hrs was seamlessly delivered by her team, ensuring clients specification is met. More so, crockeries arrive polished, contributing to a pleasant dinning experience, set-ups exceptionally clean and organised.
