Great cause with a fantastic attitude!
I found Eden Greenspace through their Instagram account, and quickly followed as I resonated with their message. I purchased one of their bracelets and I am delighted with the quality of craftsmanship, with the added bonus of the positive environmental impact.
Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I bought the bracelet after inquiring with the sellers about their environmental causes and how it works. I was really impressed with what they're doing - we need to be planting more trees!
And the bracelets are really pretty too!

I wanted to buy one for a gift
I wanted to buy one for a gift. But on check out I had to buy two. Fair enough I would use one for someone else. When it arrived after a week, there was only one little bag.

I am Ryan, Co-Founder of Eden Greenspace, and I was very sorry to hear that your recent experience purchasing two Eden Bracelets was inadequate, as per your Trustpilot review.
Firstly, I was very surprised to see that you found that you were forced to buy two bracelets, which should absolutely not be the case. I immediately raised this with our web team, who have since discovered a bug in the web page coding. This bug has now been resolved.
However, to apologise for the inconvenience caused by this error, I would like to offer you a full refund for this second bracelet. Do let me know if you would like me to process this for you.
Secondly, you raised the issue of receiving only one bracelet bag. As a social enterprise committed to reducing our environmental impact, we deliberately use fewer bags when our customers order multiple bracelets, to save on unnecessary packaging.
However, I am sorry if this was not communicated clearly enough to you, and if you wish I can ship another bag to you next week, free of charge.
Lastly, I ask a favour. We are a small start-up trying to restore our planet and offer the best service possible. But as with all start-ups, mistakes are inevitable and Trustpilot reviews significantly affect our ability to grow.
Therefore, if you feel that I have been able to adequately address some of your concerns in this email, I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider reviewing your Trustpilot rating.

Brilliant company, will be returning soon!
Brilliant company with a great way of channeling finance into reducing carbon emissions. I love the look of the tree bracelet and the environmental impact it can have is magnificent too. Eden Greenspace were very warm and helpful throughout and I will be using them again in the future!

Eden Greenspace - a fantastic opportunity
Eden Greenspace gives my mosaic business a fantastic opportunity to support the environment. Through my subscription, they provide badges to attach to each mosaic artwork which gives a clear message to clients that my business cares for our planet. Each time a client buys a mosaic, trees are planted on their behalf and the Feel Good factor is huge! This is a brilliant idea, and one of the many initiatives developed by this dynamic, forward thinking company. Sales have definitely increased as a result of my connection with Eden Greenspace.
