Do not buy from this site! I ordered Two ‘dresses’ one turned up as a skirt and top, the sizing was ridiculously wrong, after waiting well over a month for them to arrive. I requested a refund, only to be told they’ve just decided not to give refunds anymore and why don’t I gift The items to a friend 😂🤷🏽‍♀️. I emailed with a screenshot of their website still clearly stating they offer a 30 day money back policy and , shock, no reply!! Avoid at all costs.

Dreadful. My Dad tried for weeks to obtain a refund and they kept bartering asking us to keep the dresses and they will refund 25% etc. They sent the wrong sizes & different dresses to the ones ordered. It was a nightmare Don’t order. They are not in London more like China.Several emails later & he did get his money back but the aggro was unbelievable.

Please don’t bother ordering from this company
Ordered last month still no tracking or my dresses!!
Emailed and told too late to cancel and yet still not arrived!!
You have to pay to return but the wait is
ridiculous!! Never again !!!

Still not received 1 dress
The dress that came I was told I could return but the cost is £23 post office tracked!! The dress was £30 so now Edge London ignore all my emails!!
I think it’s awful they take your money put lovely pics up but send rubbish cheap dresses knowing you won’t send them back as the costs are too high!!!!!

Trying to return purchases, sent numerous emails, received 1 reply asking why I want a refund. Very concerned this will not get resolved and I will need to take further action.
