We signed up with Edge through a rep named Caleb Whitaker Sales Manager (239.284.0852). He acted like it's his company and he made multiple promises about coming right back if there is any problem with the service. I contacted him the after the first service (within 36 hours) and told him his guy didn't put much effort into the inside of the house and he forgot to do some of what we discussed. We also saw a lot more bugs on the walls and ceiling (I guess trying to get away from the ground spray). He told me he would come right back to take care of things himself. He did not. He said his technician was coming by from on 08/23/2021 , only to say later his office wouldn't send a technician back out. He stated I need to call the office for service. The office wasn't helpful only to say they cant and will not come back out before 28 days to spray again. They said we signed his contract and I only did this because I trusted what he promised us. The contract can't be read until they email it to you so you have to trust what they say and he was convincing. They broke the contract, through lack of service integrity, but he still expects us to abide by it. This company is a TOTAL scam and they do not care about you or pest control...only robbing your wallet for inferior pest control or none at all. We have noticed no reduction in the pests observed in our home. In fact, it's worse. I couldn't them within 3 days and stated if they I wanted to cancel the contract if that couldn't stove the pest issues. The sales representative lies about the ability to come back out whenever is a breach of his verbal contract. The Edge company needs to stand behind the sales person promises or void the contract no cost remaining.

Fraudulent business practices. They locked me into a contract which I was not told I had to be in by the door to door salesmen they have. Their product doesn’t work as they say, I have more Ants now then before they started their “treatment”. Was told I could cancel anytime and now when I call to cancel they want $400. Bad business do not sign up

Edge Pest Control utilized very unethical business practices with me by coercing me into signing a contract for ongoing services that I did not need. I signed up for a FLEA CONTROL services. I verbalized to the sales rep Jeff and to their service tech Gary that I only needed flea control. I double checked with Gary that I was not going to be signing into a bundled service. When Gary arrived to my home he didn't find fleas, but he asked me could he spray for pests anyway. When I said yes, apparently this triggered me being signed up for an ongoing service. I allowed Edge Pest Control to charge me for this on time service, but then they showed up at my home insisting that I now have a long term service contract. I assumed, especially during these hard COVID times that they would understand my cancellation. When I called to cancel they would only refund 50 percent of the contract money. I'm appalled. Please be careful with them!
