Bought two different sets of wind deflectors for two different models of a Ford Fiesta. These arrived unlabelled and had to guess which fit which model. I advise only buying one set at a time to avoid this, or the company should begin labeling boxes/contents clearly with vehicle make & model.

Managed to successfully fit deflectors to older model fiesta, however newer model deflectors were too big to fit and broke whilst fitting.

I knew it would impact the window shutting, but when fitted to newer model, the window would not shut at all!

Bought a second set for newer model and had the same issue. Unable to return, so now have two part sets, which are unusable. Opted to order set direct from vehicle manufacturer as they offered them on manufacturers parts site.

Still havnt received them should have been delivered 29 nov still not got them

I ordered this on a Tuesday and by the following Tuesday I had not received it. This was more to do with the delivery service which was Evri. In terms of customer service, the team at Edge Visors were great and got back in touch with me via email very quickly and when I was unable to get the package delivered, the kept me up to date and issued a full refund. 10/10 for customer service, 0/10 for Evri and delivery.

Great product, great service, would recommend strongly to anyone who wants to purchase these deflectors. They are a good asset to any vehicle!👍

Ordered on a Wednesday, paid £2.99 for next day delivery. I emailed on Saturday, queried about the no delivery, and asking for a refund for the delivery fee. Email returned on the Monday issuing a refund, but also including it was my fault for not reading the small-print.

Now a week later, still no delivery.

Will not be using your company again.

And you can waffle about certain postcodes not being guaranteed for next day delivery, or can also waffle about how it’s busy coming up to Christmas. Fact is, flag that with a customer before you accept their money for something you can’t guarantee.

EDIT; order finally received, 10 days later. However, I was in email contact with someone from customer services, who issued a refund for my delivery costs, and was very courteous and professional. Quality product eventually received. Perhaps a change of courier and a revamp of the website, to automatically flag non-applicable postcodes, would improve business. Evri are known for being awful.

It is not very often that you come across a product that sells itself but this one does! It show the quality and fits just as it should with no issues. I would recommend to everyone who is looking to buy this product to not delay, wish I had bought it sooner.

Bought a set for my Hyundai i20 N Line S MY 2024. Arrived next day. Simple to install and firm fit. Black clips would be better as the chip edges can be seen through the visor. Good value and they look great. As a vape user they allow the vapour to escape without rain / wind coming in. Recommended.

Great product and customer service was great,had a problem with 1 of the visors(damaged in transit)but they replaced it.
