Poor customer service experience – no response to return request
I ordered shoes from Edhèn Milano and the delivery itself was very fast (within 1–2 days), and the product arrived as expected in terms of quality.
However, I had an issue with sizing and immediately requested an exchange/return within the allowed return period. I contacted the company multiple times: via their contact form, by replying to the shipping confirmation email, and later also via WhatsApp.
Despite several attempts, I did not receive any response from customer service.
At the time of writing, I am still within the return window, but the lack of communication has made it difficult to proceed with an exchange or return process.
A lack of response to a return request within the legal timeframe is unacceptable for any international fashion brand and seriously undermines trust in the company.
