I am in Canada, and had ordered an arrangement named, "Delicious Mango Strawberries with Pistachio" for delivery in UK on January 18, 2023. Staff were helpful and quick to respond to my questions, included my message in a card, and had the arrangement delivered right on time, so customer service was excellent. The recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement which looked lovely. However, I was very disappointed that there was no mango in the arrangement received, despite it being in the arrangement name and photo. I had ordered this arrangement specifically for the mango, which is a favourite of the recipients. If there was no mango available due to it being not in season, I think I should have been told at time of order so that I could have chosen another arrangement with no such expectation.

They keep a very high standard of fruit and decorum. Extremely organised. I’ve used this company 3/4 times now. And every single time the person I buy the present for. Always says they love it. Nothing bad to say. The fruits are fresh and very tasty. Only problem I would say I had would be they delivered it a day before the time we agreed but it didn’t stop my plans in any way, the fruits still remained fresh for when I gave the present.

Really quick delivery on the date requested and the recipients were very happy with their bouquet!

Nearly instant responses on whatsapp. Very accommodating,look after their customer. A premium product delivered nationally and still well presented. I would highly recommend.

This is the 2nd year I have used Edible Blossoms and again not disappointed. The fruit is so fresh and nicely arranged. Would highly recommend.

Have had these before and they were an amazing gift and appreciated gift but i collected from store this time i asked for a delivery and they were still amazing. delivered in an awkward spot in city but came on time and provided the surprise that was intended. very nice looking and tasting gift and as fruit no guilt in consuming them. thanks.

Thank you for the help on my last minute order from Hong Kong to my best friend in UK. Very responsive replies and delivered right on time.
However, my friend was out for shopping, I requested to have it put by the door front as my friend was on her way back, the person who deliver even put a bin to cover the sun shining to the blossom, he/she was really thoughtful!
Highly recommend this shop, not even delivered good quality blossom, also shows how important to make things better with one step ahead for customers.

And my friend mentioned the fruit are so fresh and sweet, nicely presented for my best friend’s birthday 😍 I will order again!

This was a gift, although I didn’t actually see it I was told it was very impressive. This is the third time that I have used Edible Blossoms and it certainly won’t be the last.

Got a medium fruit blossom as alternative to cake for my mums birthday and she absolutely loved it. It arrived on time and in one piece.

Very happy with my mother’s birthday and retirement gift it was beautiful and tasted delicious which everyone enjoyed! Thankyou I would definitely recommend and order again.

Recipient was delighted with the product which was a surprise gift, but unfortunately was NOT sent what I ordered for them. A primary component of the edible bouquet I selected for them was not included (the 'strawberries dipped in chocolate garnished with pistachios', which was the main reason for choosing the 'Delicious Mango Strawberries With Pistachio' product - the very name indicates what should have been included!), and no reply received to inquiry. Shall be using alternate companies for future orders of similar product.

Delivered on time and goods were very well packed.

OMG AMAAAAZING-they went over and beyond with my delivery and my sizing

I called to place the order and was confused as the website for Edible Blossom is similar to another one online. But I was reassured that all was ok and have been pleased. The gift for my daughter arrived on the correct day and she was delighted.
All turned out well in the end - thank you Edible Blossom
