Wrong ink
Ordered a new set of ink. Needed it for the weekend. My order was shipped fairly quickly but when I’d opened it I’d received a double up of the same size black ink instead of one of them being the bigger size. So I didn’t have a replacement and can’t print.

Regarding your order, we received it Monday night, despatched it Tuesday and it was delivered to you Wednesday.
