My daughter really likes the style of clothing on your website. We did some on-line shopping and not only did she purchase items so did I! We love all the styles and one time, there was a wonderful sale promotion which offered great deals and promotion! To add to this, customer service via email was very helpful. They promptly answered and offered a resolution regarding a return. We will continue to enjoy shopping at Edikted!

I liked that the delivery was on time, I just sometimes dislike the quality of clothes, and the jeans they always shrink so much and i no longer like the way they fit on me.

Delivery was on time and everything fit and loved product

I ordered a top with priority delivery understanding that the £6 delivery fee would not be refunded but when asking to return the item via email I was not informed of any processing fees no policy was sent to me via the email to confirm that there would be a processing fee.
Looking on the website it is stated but I was getting help via email not on the website so should have been informed prior.
I am now paying £5 for a top that was returned in perfect condition on top of the delivery charge (which I understood when ordering) but paying £11 for a top that didn’t fit right and was sent back perfect feels damn wrong.
