I am very, very disappointed with this company. I ordered 6 x 350g tins of Perello olives on Sunday,1st Dec. I received 4 packs on Monday, 2nd Dec, one of which was severely dented. I rang them and left a message on their only,mobile, contact no that day and the following day asking them to contact me. I also used their chat system to ask for the same. Absolutely no effort had been made by them to get in touch. This is entirely unacceptable.

This online food service is the best I have used, so far. The ordering is quick and easy, the delivery is next day and the quality of the produce is extremely high. As a Scotsman, certain things ‘must be’! Food is one of them, especially traditional butcher’ items. Excellent service.

Fast and efficient service with good communication throughout..I hadn't heard of the company until I searched for the product I needed for a family wedding at an affordable price.I would definitely use the company again and will recommend to my friends.

Worst experience of my life. Order hasn’t been shipped for over two weeks having said next day delivery.

No support or email response, have a phone number that just goes direct to answering machine. Awful.

Excellent service with rapid speed delivery within a day. They even followed up to check I had received the goods. Highly recommend this company for efficiency and excellent customer service.

As a special treat on the last night of family holiday at Whitekirk Hill, we ordered a drop-off meal from Edinburghfooddelivery. They provided an excellent meal with very clear, easy to follow instructions, making the whole experience very relaxing. We ordered Beef Wellington with dauphinois potatoes, seasonal veg and a red wine sauce followed by mini desserts. The meal was really delicious with huge portions and very good value for money.
I highly recommend The Edinburgh Food Delivery company. Well done Douglas and team!

Very rude people.
No way showed to delete items form their basket. I asked them on Chat & someone said it would be fixed. They never did, I then asked them to delete my account - as a method that might work. Someone said they had (email) but it was a lie & have been very rude all the rime.

Received my parcel the next day and it was packed well with ice packs so was still lovely and fresh! Finally got to enjoy some of the foods I love from Scotland that I can't find down here!

Order received in good time and in good condition, as advertised.

I purchase Perello Gordal olives from Edinburgh Food Delivery every month. It is very easy to order through their website and my order is always delivered without any problems.

We ordered Xmas dinner for 11 people and collected the day before. Staff were waiting for us with food ready to go. All was packed well with easy directions for heating and assembling. Everything was so tasty and well seasoned. Just the right portions sizes too. No need to add anything extra! Will use service again. Thank you EFD. You made Xmas dinner perfect and stressfree.
