Very nice people good company great service when you have a problem with your car. They solve it right away.

We have been using EDI car hire for many years now and they just get better and better.
Moving with the times and making pick up and drop of easier and easier.
The cars are all in excellent condition, very clean and low mileage.
Claire is always very helpful and accommodating , we would not use any other company.

Excellent service from start to finish. Booking the hire car was really easy, and Claire was extremely helpful and contactable throughout, which made the whole process feel very straightforward and reassuring.

We collected the car from Alicante Airport in the early hours of the morning, which was made really easy and stress-free. The car was clean, full of petrol, and ready to go when we arrived.

We had the car for the whole week and had absolutely no issues at all. Returning it was just as straightforward, even though we dropped it back at the airport during the night.

Everything was smooth, reliable, and exactly as promised. I would definitely recommend this company and would happily use them again.

Booked an EDi car for a month in May 2025. Very easy to book and good communication throughout from the team. Easy collection and drop off.
No hard sell or waiting ages at the desk to collect like you get with the other airport brands.

First time we used this car hire company and we will definitely use them.again. everything was quick and easy
Went online for a quote stating dates times etc. They came back with a decent quote which we accepted.
We completed online e questionnaire re driving licence passport details.dtivets etc. Then full information regarding easy pick up from multistorey car park where we would meet a rep.
Our rep was Miguel. We paid by card given documents. Full tank and bring car back full
Easy peasy. Off we went.

Just used EDI for the first time after reading good reviews.I have hired many cars at Alicante but this was by far the easiest,nice clean low mileage car,very easy pickup,and drop off all very well documented.Great web site making the hire process straightforward and communication 1st class.I didn’t have any problems but if I had it felt like they have it covered.Highly recommend.

I am a returning customer. The folks at EDI got to be the champions in the car rental business. Car is ready at the ALC airport when you arrive and you can leave it there upon departure. No lines at pickup, no lines when returning the car, everything arranged ahead of time. To be recommended!

My girlfriend and I rented a car from these thieves in Rome. We have rented many cars around the world, but this was the worst experience we have ever had. The staff tried to make everything difficult and complicated, all in an attempt to charge more money. Afterwards, they sent us a fraudulent invoice that we had to spend time disputing, involving various banks, etc. Overall, a catastrophically bad rental company that I would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent stress free service from start to finish. Easy quick collection from the car park ... no queuing in a busy arrivals hall arguing about insurance charges. I am now a regular customer and I always recommend EDI to friends and family. Thank you
