Alana from your office was super responsive and extremely efficient in confirming the reservation. Although transacting for the first time, I had little or no hesitation in sharing my card details on the telephone based on our conversation. Looking forward to our stay in Edinburgh!

Very easy to deal with I got an email with availability and costs back very quickly and a follow up call. Very knowledgeable person I spoke to who advised which area and accommodation would suit our needs best ie bus routes and restaurants nearby excellent people to deal with.

Chatting to Alison was like chatting to a friend. She explained everything regarding the booking then we just chatted away about anything and everything. I'm sure she will help us out should there be any problems with the booking. Will update once booking etc all sorted out.....

I am a landlord in Edinburgh and have been renting my apartments on the Edlets site for a number of years. They are very professional and helpful and I get many wonderful guest bookings through them.
Why can't all booking site be like Edlets?

We had a great experience with edlets. I hadn’t heard of this company as I normally use Airbnb. They called me overseas to Canada to let me know of a great place that became available. The personal touch of a phone call made the process easy and reassuring. The place we stayed exceed our expectations. Highly recommend edlets.

Edlets staff were very helpful and provided options quickly. Flat was reflected accurately in the ad and pictures. Landlady got back quickly about any issues.

I could not recommend a better experience when looking for a sublet in the Edinburgh area. Easy to use and the customer service was top notch!

This is the second time that we used Edlets. The service from Edlets has been very, very good. Any questions that were asked, were answered in a timely manner. Dan advised us, and suggested options. When we ran into difficulty, he phoned us and helped solve the problem. We would use them again, and would recommend Edlets to everyone

They list flats as a available on airbnb that aren't available and haven't been for some time. Avoid.
