I got what I wanted!
Before I started using Edraw, I had been using Microsoft Visio for a very long time. There are many reasons why I will give Edraw a big thumps up and 5 star rating. Firstly it is a better product compared to vision and has many features. Software is getting updated frequently and I have access to the latest. It is very easy to use. Library templates are huge and it is getting even better day by day! Edraw is very economical with one time purchase and no renewal subscription to worry about. In nut shell I am a very happy Edraw user and will recommend this to others.

Been using it for my diagrams for network and processes. This helps be with my daily thinking! and great alternative for other software since it was flexible that can be use on mobile!

We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered when using our products. From your description, we infer that you purchased a product activated by a license code. This license code can be used for life, but after the 3-year service period, it cannot be activated again, which means that you need to use it on an already activated device (you cannot update the version or change the computer). This service period is stated at the time of purchase.
We are willing to contact you at customer_service@wondershare.com. And follow up on your situation to apply for a license extension so that you can activate and use it again. It should be noted that the license extension can only be operated once.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we thank you for your patience and understanding while we solve this problem.
Absolutely appalling..!!
Absolutely appalling..!!! I was misled by the free trial and believe the full package was under the 7 day free trial rather than just a specific product and has consequently been charged £185 . A request for a refund was logged within a few days and the situation explained. Wondershare however and refusing to give a refund despite the request being within my consumer rights.
