Cash Only, Does Not Accept Any Type of Insurance
After submitting all of my personal information, I was notified that the eds.clinic does not accept insurance.
There's an option to be notified when they do accept insurance, so I checked that box. Even though I checked that box, they still asked for my insurance information, so I uploaded photos of my insurance card, front and back. Clicked "Submit" Box, then was required to e-sign several documents, HIPPA, etc. before I could submit an appointment request.
The main point here: They don't accept insurance, yet they wanted all my insurance info. Seems like a bait and switch method they use to enroll new patients. They stipulate "cash only", give you the option to have them contact you when they accept insurance, then ask for your detailed insurance information anyway.
