The catalogue is English language teaching course books from publishers like Oxford and Cambridge, alongside AQA GCSE and A-Level study and revision guides. Education is all we sell — which means the whole catalogue is stock we actually know, rather than a listing feed where a title arrives from somewhere and nobody can tell you which edition turned up. We hold our own stock here in the UK. If the site says a book is in stock, it is on our shelf and counted, so in-stock orders are dispatched the same or next working day and arrive tracked within two to three working days. Schools, colleges and language institutions can open a trade account: discounted pricing across the catalogue, ordering on account, and invoicing against your purchase order in whatever way you already work. **Excellent service and very quick response**
I had a really good experience with EduBooks. The website was easy to use, the order arrived quickly, and the book was packaged very well.
There was a small issue with the edition of the book I received, so I contacted their customer service and left a voicemail. They got back to me very quickly by email with a solution and sorted the issue without any hassle.
They offered a replacement, a free return label, or a discount, which I thought was very fair and showed that they genuinely wanted to put things right.
Overall, I’m very impressed with the service. Fast delivery, well-packaged item, responsive customer service, and a company that takes responsibility when something goes wrong. I would happily order from EduBooks again.

I am very happy with the customer…
I am very happy with the customer service. They have a digital phone assistant who answers many questions, but I left a voicemail as I wasn't sure if OCR chemistry was covered at A-level. They called me back shortly afterwards and explained everything.I was initially unsure because it was cheaper than anywhere else, but the item arrived in sturdy, Amazon-style book packaging, and the book itself was shrink-wrapped and in better condition than anything I've received from Amazon. I was very pleased, so I had to leave a review.

Fantastic service from EduBooks
Fantastic service from EduBooks. The book arrived safely and was packaged with care—secured in a sturdy cardboard book wrap with the book itself shrink-wrapped inside. Delivery via Royal Mail was prompt, arriving exactly on schedule following next-day dispatch. Their prices were the cheapest I could find anywhere, and ordering directly through their website saved even more compared to other platforms. Highly recommended!
