I found the online platform both helpful and also had a wide range of training available. Also loved the flexibility of training at your own pace. As well as the ability to redo the test if you don't pass first time, the customer service support was also an added bonus.and gave swift supportive response to any queries.

The customer service in EduCare are amazing and helped me immensely.

Course did what I wanted, easy website to get around.

We bought a course and you wouldn't let me into my account. It kept telling me to reset my password which I did 3 times but it still kept me locked out. I'd like a refund please

I have recently in the past month gone back into childcare at a beautiful christian run preschool.

my experience in on line courses has been brilliant, with assess ability very good, and the information video clips excellent.

Easy to navigate and good learning content.

I enjoyed learning, still to continue learning.

Very good generally. I felt some of the content was not relevant to international schools generally. There could be other examples e.g. background checks available beyond only those focused on the UK.

Courses are easy to follow and certificates are available to download and print straight away

The focus was only on practices and enforcements in the UK. Would be nice if you could provide an option to see what kind of enforcements and practices available in other countries.

I found the EduCare survey well thought out and interesting. With the mix of reading questions and the interactive videos, it kept me attention. There were lots of packages to choose from and the Child Safety option I chose was exactly what my organisation needed.

The course on recruiting for international schools was too UK focused.

I got lost at one point, the Parliamentary Legislation page, not realising I had to click on (and ideally read through) them all. I was only interested to read a couple, but the page would not let me move to Summary until I had opened and read them all. It would help if you made clear that learners must open and read them all before they can move on.
Breast ironing was new to me, so thanks for including that.
Overall I found it useful and informative.

An excellent way to refresh my knowledge in child care.
