Pathetic service - Please avoid
Pathetic service, my CE credits are not reflecting in state portal , only few hours reflected and these guys are not at all helping to fix the issue, i am about to take CE again with new service provider

By far the easiest and fastest experience I’ve had with CE credits. Mine renewed in December and every year that I have to do this has been extremely stressful due to AEP. I am so grateful this year has been less stressful. Thank you!

EducUp made the process of renewing my 215 license in Florida incredibly easy. From signing up to completing the courses, everything was user-friendly and well-organized. The issuance of the certificate and reporting to the Department was impressively fast and smooth — I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I really appreciated how efficient and clear the entire process was. I’ll definitely be coming back to renew again with EducUp in 2027!

App is cute, content is lacking
The concept has promise. The app is visually appealing and the gamified experience is fun. But the content leaves much to be desired. SO many of the quiz questions have incorrect answers. The content that does happen to be correct is so surface level I’m not really learning much. There’s a lesson titled “case studies” and instead of reading actual case studies, it’s a lesson about how case studies can be valuable - and that’s it. Some of the content isn’t even relevant to the course - I took a course about NFIP flood policies and there was an entire section about underwriting loans and another about private health insurance options. It feels like a human being with actual experience in the field didn’t even proofread this course, let alone write it. As long as I get my CE credits reported, I’m ultimately happy, but what a waste of possible learning time.
